Source: The Times Leader, Wilkes-Barre, Pa.存倉Nov. 06--WILKES-BARRE -- Luzerne County detectives charged a Hanover Township man with leaving a voice mail at the Luzerne County Public Defender's Office threatening to blow up the building.Only James Charles Gilmore, 23, said he doesn't remember leaving the alleged disturbing voice mail, telling a detective he was drunk and does "stupid things."Gilmore, of Lee Park Avenue, was arraigned Monday night on charges of bomb threats, terroristic threats and criminal use of communication facility. He remained jailed Tuesday at the county prison for lack of $200,000 bail.Court records say Gilmore was free on $5,000 unsecured bail on unrelated charges he stole credit cards from a vehicle in Sugar Notch in April. A public defender is representing Gilmore on the credit card theft, court records say.According to the criminal complaint:An employee at the Public Defender's Office arrived for work Monday morning and played a voice mail from a man who stated: "I'm going to (sic) blew up the (expletive) public defender's building; wait till you see in th儲存 morning."The voice mail was left at 12:04 p.m. Sunday.The Public Defender's Office is located in the county owned Penn Place Building at North Pennsylvania Boulevard and East Market Street in Wilkes-Barre.Emergency responders searched the building finding nothing.Detectives traced the voice mail to Gilmore's cell phone, the complaint says.Gilmore allegedly told detectives his cell is an "Obama phone," meaning the phone is paid for by the government. When told of the alleged bomb threat, Gilmore stated, "Oh, I know what's this about."Gilmore told detectives he didn't threaten to blow up the Public Defender's Office, explaining he was drunk and his friend may have used his phone.
