Fast and furious.儲存 That in a nutshell aptly describes the lifestyle of Edward Lau Chung-wai. The chief executive of Jetstar Hong Kong, the territory's newest budget airline, simply loves the adrenaline rush of working in the aviation industry. "I like speed," he says. For Lau, anything that's a nanosecond too long is positively Jurassic. That explains why he left the freight shipping business in the first place. "It was too slow for me!" he exclaims. While most people of his age would be thinking of that golden handshake, Lau, currently in his 50s, has the stamina of those half his age. Boasting a track record of nearly 30 years in the aviation business, Lau's accomplishments include starting up the Hong Kong arm of FedEx in 1985 and introducing the first direct flight of TNT Express to the territory in 2002. "Wherever I work, I always try and create something new," he says, adding: "Back in the old days in the 80s, who knew about express courier services?" Today, this has become wildly successful and is a major delivery trend, he says. Lau savors the taste of success of his start-ups and is content to put behind him all the anxieties he went through in the process. "If you really enjoy the work, you will consider it as a challenge and it brings satisfaction. Because you are walking a path no one else did." Lau has worked in Singapore, Japan and China, to name a few countries, but his work was always related to either setting up new departments or re- engineering them. Lau made a brief foray outside the aviation industry and worked as a management consultant. But he returned to his aviation "roots" so to speak. "I missed those days," he reminisces. For Lau to step out of his comfort zone is nothing new. So when the opportunity came to head Jetstar Hong Kong in March, he grabbed it with both hands. "It will make aviation history in Hong Kong," he said proudly. "Jetstar Hong Kong is completely new [to Hong Kong]. But at the same time, it builds on the foundation of Jetstar, the airline which has been operating for 10 years." Lau and the new airline seem to be in perfect sync, as both tap into a business which is unfamiliar to most people. The Jetstar Group, founded and based in Australia since 2004`, has always entered into a market that does not have any budget airlines and attracts competition, he explained. He cites the example of Singapore- based Jetstar Asia, which started operations way back in 2004, and Jetstar Japan, which was set up last year, and has since paved the way for three more low-cost airlines in that country. Apart from sharing the same mission and vision, Lau thinks the culture of Jetstar Hong Kong suits him to a tee. Take, for instance, the number of employees in the new carrier. "With fewer than 100 staff, we are very close and always work as a team, despite everyone's age difference and nationality," he says. Lau is of the firm belief that the emergence of Jetstar Hong Kong can only benefit both the economy and people of the SAR. First, the carrier can make use of the timeslots during non-peak hours that are not yet saturated, he says. "There are many non-peak slots during the day, not just at midnight, like before 8am or in the afternoon, so Hong Kong International Airport still has the capacity to take in more flights." Lau also argues that the airport costs in Hong Kong are not as hmini storagegh as those of Tokyo's Narita Airport, the second busiest airport in Japan. "The costs are three times higher in Japan, but budget flights are quite successful over there." Lau believes airport costs only account for about 10 percent of the total costs of Jetstar Hong Kong, unlike what most people may think is a heavy burden. Besides, flights on Jetstar Hong Kong can be tailor made to destinations and timeslots for local people who are eager to travel. "For other non-Hong Kong-based low cost airlines, their target customers are not Hongkongers," he says. Lau stressed that point-to-point flights also help to boost the number of tourists staying in Hong Kong, to shop and travel around, as compared to connecting flights. "It will contribute directly to the local economy and benefit Hong Kong people." Once operations commence, the carrier vows that its air tickets will be priced half of what full-service airlines are offering. Talking about budget airlines in the territory, the newly launched Hong Kong Express last month comes to mind. Both airlines are targeting short-haul flights, which are within five hours' flying time from the SAR. After Jetstar Hong Kong's license is approved it will become a direct competitor to Hong Kong Express. Lau believes the territory still has the capacity to accommodate many more low cost flights. "In terms of seat percentage [low cost carriers] account for less than 7 percent of all flights at Hong Kong International Airport," he says. The figure, he adds, is far lower than the average 52 percent in terms of percentage of seats in Southeast Asia last year. "While people in Hong Kong were used to having buffet in the past, they now have a chance to go a-la-carte." Lau said, trying to portray the emergence of budget carriers as offering travelers more choice at a reasonable price. Budget airlines, he hopes, will change the prevailing mindset of Hong Kong people of the entire airlines sector. Lau stresses that safety will always be a top priority for all Jetstar airlines. Looking to the future, he hopes the carrier will be able to launch a local pilot training program. He was, of course, is referring to the hit Cantonese TV drama Triumph in the skies which has sparked the imagination of many youngsters who now dream of flying. Even though Jetstar Hong Kong is waiting to get its flying license, Lau is not standing still. He is making the rounds of schools and universities to promote the concept of budget airlines and change students' views of low-cost carriers. As if to prove his point he said: "I once saw three women at Tokyo's Narita Airport who did not have any luggage. "I became curious and asked them where they were flying to. They told me that they were going to Hokkaido for lunch. "I then asked them where would they go if there was no plane to Hokkaido. And they said they `would take the train to Yokohama instead'." Lau said this is one example of how the low cost carrier can change people's perceptions of what they take a plane for - it is just another means of easy and convenient transportation. "Hong Kong people might go shopping in Korea or eat in Tokyo during any weekend they like," Lau said. Lau seldom slows down except to indulge in his favorite activity, which is photography. 隨著“中部崛起”重要決策、武漢“1+8”城市圈建設、“兩型社會”綜合配套改革試驗區以及打造“國家中心城市”等一系列政策的落戶和出台,儲存武漢贏來歷 史的機遇期,邁入發展的快車道,武漢金融業也得到快速成長,在中部六省會城市中,多項指標領先,金融聚集能力不斷得以強化,金融中心建設的“武漢模式”逐現雛形。武漢建設區域金融中心的路徑選擇 從現實的角度來看,武漢建設區域金融中心還存在一些不足和局限,必須堅持走內外兼修、統籌兼顧的路子。(一)補短板,完善金融組織體系,建設功能齊備的金融產業聚集中心1.繼續引進各類金融機構。鼓勵新設和引進銀行、證券、保險、期貨、信托、資產管理公司等各類法人總部機構,尤其是重點加大對外資金融機構和區域性多邊金融組織入駐武漢的引進力度。鼓勵各大金融機構在漢設立區域性的業務總部、營運總部、研發中心等專營機構。吸引境內外知名股權投資機構入駐武漢,構建股權投資基金的集聚高地。實現武漢金融中心金融功能的多樣化,增強武漢金融業活力和整體競爭力。2.持續壯大地方法人金融機構。大力支持漢口銀行、武漢農商行為代表的武漢法人金融機構完善公司治理機制和資本補充機制,支持其加快跨區域經營發展步伐,推動由地方法人金融機構向全國性金融機構的轉變。積極提升本地法人金融機構在全國資本市場和貨幣市場上的參與度和活躍度,不斷擴大金融業務的影響力和覆蓋面。扶持地方保險市場主體發展,鼓勵發展區域性、專業性保險機構。3.深入推進場外市場和票據市場建設。充分發揮光穀聯合產權交易所等產權交易市場的作用,促進中部地區非上市公司股權交易,做好代辦股份轉讓系統準備工作,籌備建立武漢非上市公司櫃台交易市場。設立票據專營機構,穩步推進票據交易市場建設,在市場交易逐步成熟、市場主體趨於完善的情況下,在票據交易信息中心的基礎上建立有形的區域性票據交易市場。4.不斷完善新金融業態體系。鼓勵完善和發展消費金融、財富管理、微小企業金融、產權和大宗物質交易所以及離岸金融等新型金融業態組織體系,積極培育專業金融服務領域的市場主體,促使其逐步做大做強做出規模。鼓勵和引導各類社會資本參與發展專業養老保險公司、專業健康保險公司、金融租賃公司、融資性擔保公司、獨立基金銷售機構、專業信貸服務組織等新型金融服務機構。(二)創特色,開發整合優勢資源,建設特性鮮明的專業化區域金融中心1.建設金融科技的前沿中心。要在繼續完善光穀後台服務中心的同時,重視發展金融科技產業。應將金融科技產業列為武漢地區戰略新興產業,制定相應的產業發展規劃,出台扶持支持金融科技企業發展的優惠政策,大力吸引國內外現代金融科技行業內的裝備製造、維護管理、服務外包、咨詢中介等企業落戶武漢,儘快形成集群效應和協同效應,鼓勵企業圍繞後台服務中心的需求開展產品創新、技術創 新、管理創新,佔領金融科技發展的制高點,形成在全國範圍內具有引領示範作用的金融科技中心。2.建設金融創新的研發中心。一是可結合武漢區域發展戰略和產業發展政策,大力開展特色金融創新,依托“兩型社會”綜合配套改革試點,積極爭取和推動綠色金融、低碳金融產品創新;依托物流商貿中心建設,開展物流金融服務創新試點;依托東湖保稅區,積極開展離岸金融服務試點和創新工作;依托後台服務中心海量數據資源,�動以“大數據”為支撐的中小企業、互聯網信貸創新和金融風險管理創新。二是依靠科研力量推動金融創新。應該迷你倉分運用好經濟類大專院校、研究機構的研究能力和學術合作資源,通過與金融機構建立業務合作,在金融專業領域實現“產學研”的結合,吸收、改良、研發新的金融服務模式和金融創新產品並由金融機構最終投入實用領域,推動金融創新的產業化,打造金融創新的“武漢造”品牌。基層央行在區域金融中心建設中的作用一是做好貨幣信貸工作,彰顯武漢金融工作的特色。重點是繼續抓好科技金融服務工作,進一步深入推進東湖資本特區建設工作。引導金融機構進一步加大對科技產業的有效投入總量,優化科技信貸投放結構,著力提升對科技型小微企業、科技企業孵化器等“輕資產”科技產業主體的信貸服務力度,建立起一套涵蓋科技企業初創期到成熟期的金融服務方案,實現科技金融的無縫覆蓋。在大力推廣知識產 權質押體系和科技貸款保證保險業務的同時,繼續積極尋求信貸產品和信貸服務模式上的突破。著力推動科技信用貸款發展,同時積極依托政府系統內產業基金、投融資平台、科技專項資金、風險投資基金等多種資源開展合作,繼續開發適合科技型企業的信貸服務機制和擔保模式,不斷推動科技信貸服務創新。進一步完善科技投融資擔保機制和風險補償機制建設,用足用好政府各項擔保資源,引導好民間擔保機構和社會擔保資源,落實好擔保補償和風險補貼工作,實現信貸資源和擔保資源的良性互動。積極推動銀行與證券、保險、信托、風投、PE之間的深度合作,充分利用好多層次資本市場,利用資本特區的優勢,破除不同金融資源之間的壁壘,促使各種科技金融資源發生化學反應,共同推動科技金融服務工作不斷走向深入。積極引導商業銀行結合實際,深入做好新能源新材料產業、物流產業、環保產業、文化產業等特色產業的信貸服務工作,在支持相關產業發展壯大的同時,爭取在相應的專業金融領域做出影響,做出特色,形成武漢金融的品牌效應。二是優化金融服務和管理工作,提升服務區域金融中心的效能。做好現代化支付體系建設、維護和管理工作,為接入支付系統的各類金融機構提供高效、優質、便捷、順暢的服務,維護轄區內良好的支付清算秩序;進一步完善武漢電子支付系統的功能,落實武漢“1+8”城市圈支付體系一體化工作,推動武漢城市圈金融一體化進程,逐漸形成具有自身特色的區域電子支付與結算中心,增強武漢金融業的聚集度和輻射力;在規範管理的前提上,引導武漢電子第三方支付健康發展,充實完善武漢地區支付體系。繼續推行“簡政便民”措施,以“人民銀行服務人民”的理念做好對金融機構、企業和個人的金融服務工作,改進服務質量,提高服務效率。探索建立與區域金融中心相適應的金融管理工作模式,主動延伸金融管理觸角,科學制定評估標準,合理壓縮管理程序,切實提高金融管理的實效,為更多金融企業落戶武漢開展業務提供有力的支持。三是培育優質金融生態區,創建區域金融中心誠信環境。進一步加大社會信用體系建設工作,完善金融政策環境、優化金融信用環境、改善金融法制環境、提升金融服務環境,規範市場主體行為,營造建設區域金融中心所必須的優良金融生態環境。進一步推動小微企業信用評級工作的推廣和運用,以東湖小微企業信用促進會為依托,組織開展以信用評級為依據的信用貸款試點工作,促進信用成果向信貸成果的轉化。認真貫徹落實《徵信業管理條例》,促進轄內徵信行業的健康發展,使其成為金融業務發展的助力,促進金融業的繁榮發展。堅決打擊金融逃廢債、欺詐行為,杜絕一切危害區域金融中心建設的不利因素。儲存倉

□本報記者 殷鵬11月22日,self storage星石投資總裁楊玲在接受中國證券報記者採訪時表示,《決定》內容超越市場預期,顯著受益于三中全會改革決定的軍工板塊,雖然已有所反應,但並不充分。中國證券報:《決定》已經公佈一周,市場是否已經對此有了充分反應?年底前指數上漲的格局是否還會再現?楊玲:三中全會前市場已經對改革有了較為充分的預期,《決定》內容超越市場預期,增強了公�對市場化改革和中國經濟轉型升級的信心,投資者情緒被提升。市場需要一定時間對相關內容進行消化,顯著受益于三中全會改革決定的軍工板塊雖然已有所反應,但並不充分。11月匯豐中國製造業PMI初值回落,與社會用電量等高頻數據增速回落相呼應,顯示四季度宏觀經濟增速小幅放緩的預期將被證實;美聯儲最新的會議紀要顯示,美聯儲態度明顯由鴿派轉向鷹派,QE退出預期再次強化或致使全球流動性狀況生變,中國外匯占款有可能重新回歸低位,同時在通脹上行、房價快速上行和經濟轉型壓力下,央行放鬆流動性的可能性微乎其微,流動性狀況改善的可能性不大。此外,IPO重�預期等因素也對A股有所壓制。年底A股市場或以消化這些負面消息為主,為明年上行做準備。中國證券報:每逢年底,資金面都會緊張,今年這一現象更是提前出現,這是否會對行情發展構成制約?目前“穩中偏緊”的貨幣政策會否有所改變?楊玲:流動性狀況是影響A股走勢的重要因素,在某些時點,流動性狀況的變化甚至會造成A股劇烈波動。年底資金緊張的確會對行情發展有所影響,這也是我們長期樂迷利倉、短期謹慎的重要原因之一。結合新增外匯占款、央行公開市場操作和財政存款變動情況來看,央行穩中偏緊的貨幣政策取向沒有發生改變。我們預期這種貨幣政策取向將保持較長時間。中國證券報:新三板或推出,這會對市場構成壓力嗎?楊玲:新三板推出初期各種運行機制需完善、探索,監管部門可能會出于讓市場平穩運行的考慮,在初期對可交易標的、交易規模等有所控制,同時新三板的流動性可能短期內難以同主板、創業板和中小板相比,這些因素的存在有助于在一定程度上減小新三板對市場特別是創業板的影響。中國證券報:未來市場的注意力會否由《決定》轉向經濟基本面?楊玲:市場注意力由《決定》轉向經濟基本面、流動性等方面是正常的。匯豐PMI初值回落顯示宏觀經濟增速放緩,但市場早就對此有了充分預期,也已經反映在A股走勢之中,對A股衝擊不大。中國證券報:請預測創業板未來走勢?楊玲:長期來看創業板上市公司符合中國未來經濟轉型發展的方向,具有巨大的成長空間,我們對創業板的長期看法是相對樂觀的。由於創業板估值相對偏高,具有一定的回調需要,同時IPO重�預期等也對創業板具有一定影響,短期內我們對創業板走勢的看法相對謹慎。中國證券報:年底前看好哪些板塊?投資邏輯是什麼?楊玲:年底前A股仍將維持震蕩調整行情,出現系統性機會的可能性不大。可能的投資機會存在於《決定》超越市場預期的領域,例如顯著受益的軍工板塊等。近期改革推進可能性較大的領域也可能出現一定的投資機會,例如受益于金融改革的非銀金融板塊等。迷你倉

New quality and safety rules may stifle sales prospects of TCM in the European market, as Zhang Chunyan reports in London.儲存倉 In London’s Chinatown, a poster in Chinese urges customers to stock up on traditional and other patent Chinese medicines before an impending ban on patented TCM products from next year. At TCM clinics in London, patients still keep trickling in for acupuncture and massage services. However, there is a lull in demand for various Chinese herbal and patent medications because customers seem to be wary of the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency’s forthcoming decision. Therein lies the twist in the tale. Just as traditional Chinese medicine makes waves in the UK and the rest of Europe with alternative therapies such as acupuncture and massage, it finds itself being denied market access for medications. Traditional Chinese medicine, which has evolved over 4,000 years, relies largely on patented and herbal medications to prevent and help the human body fight ailments, and treatments to relieve pain and restore balance in the body. According to the proposal the MHRA floated on July 9, the sale of all unlicensed manufactured herbal medicinal products will be halted in the UK from next year. The MHRA is a British government agency that is responsible for ensuring that medicines and medical devices used in the UK are safe. The proposal is not targeted specifically at TCM. Andrea Farmer, MHRA’s herbal policy manager, says: “The decision was taken on the basis of the Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products Directive, incorporated by the EU in 2004, which stipulates that all the manufactured herbal medicines in the EU market should have a suitable product license.” The directive also introduced the so-called simplified registration procedure with a seven-year transition period for traditional herbal medicinal products to be licensed, including Chinese and Indian traditional medicines. That period ended in April 2011. After that, the MHRA allowed products that were lawfully in the market before April 2011 to continue being sold, so retail businesses holding huge inventories were not unduly affected. Although the regulator is yet to finalize its proposals and is still studying the various responses, TCM practitioners hope that a favorable decision will help rejuvenate it in Europe. But the real problem as most experts say is TCM’s difficulties in getting licensed in the UK and Europe. Changing times A decade ago, China was becoming better known globally and demand for its products was at its peak. “It was a golden period. TCM was enjoying a surge of popularity in the UK and there were more than 2,000 clinics,” says Man Fong Mei, chairman of the Chinese Medical Council UK and president of London-based Mei’s Group, which operates a series of herbal clinics and TCM shops across the UK. Mei, in his 60s, has witnessed first-hand the ups and downs of the TCM industry in the UK. “TCM practitioners earlier faced rough weather first because there were some concerns that TCM would result in kidney and liver failure. However, those doubts were redressed after the European Union implemented the Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products Directive in 2004,” he says. Since TCM is developed through empirical testing and refinement of herbal mixtures and relies mostly on clinical experience, it is often viewed with mistrust in the West, he says. Bo-ying Ma, president of the Federation of TCM UK, says the 2008 economic crisis nearly crippled the TCM industry. “Several TCM clinics and herbal chains had to shutter operations because of economic problems. “Chinese medicine has also not been included in the UK’s medical insurance system. As a result, British people whose incomes have fallen are reluctant to buy Chinese medicines.” The latest proposal will act as a knockout blow to the industry, Mei says. “According to my estimates, there are only 1,000 TCM clinics in the UK now. Most of them may find the going even more tough, especially as they try to cope up with the new standards, registration norms and so on.” Typically a TCM business consists of three parts, acupuncture and associated treatments, herbal medicines and industrially manufactured herbal products. If the MHRA proposal is implemented from next year, it will not affect the sales of loose or individual herbs and other self-made products. But TCM practitioners will be in a fix, Mei says, because they can no longer prescribe time-trusted Chinese medications. “More than 40 percent of our patients take TCM capsules. If this regulation is implemented, then that section will lose access to their medication. “A lot of the patients are frequent travelers and find it convenient to carry the medicines with them.” Mei says that although several TCM companies had attempted to complete the registration process, they failed to do so because they did not have the documents and money needed. “TCM companies want to be licensed in Europe and the UK. But things are not that easy.” A big area of concern for most TCM companies is the mandatory stability studies for end products. Mei says that while these studies are possible for single ingredients or herbs, it is not easy for multi-herbal products. “TCM companies also need to conduct toxicology tests to get a license. All the necessary tests and arrangements will cost upwards of 1 million pounds ($1.6 million) — and that too for just one TCM product.” Mei, who is also a participant in the MHRA consultations as a stakeholder, says that “although some companies have the money and means to get the stipulated tests done, it is often difficult to satisfy Western authorities on the stability and toxicology test results”. The EU directive was originally drafted in 2004 by MHRA and then proposed to the European Parliament, he says. Regulatory concerns The directive stipulates that applicants must provide documents showing the product is not harmful in the specified way it is used, as well as evidence that the product has a 30-year safety record, including 15 years in the EU. Although it dates back millennia, TCM did not enter the EU market until the mid-1990s. Even then, TCM drugs were largely sold to EU customers as food supplements, rather than as drugs. TCM was enjoying a surge of popularity in the UK and there were more than 2,000 clinics.” Man Fong Mei chairman, Chinese Medical Council UK Research: Foreign drug makers keen on alliances from page 13 Robert Verkerk, founder of Alliance for Natural Health, an international campaign working in the natural health field, says: “In 2008, the European Commission provided a report on traditional herbal products. In its last paragraph, it indicated that the EU directive was not suitable for traditional medicine systems such as TCM.” The regulation had indicated that it would consider a new framework for traditional products if there was sufficient demand, Verkerk says. “We have been doing a lot of work with the European Parliament. We created a strong core group of 40 to 50 parliamentarians to canvass support for our cause. However, it is frustrating to note that a change of guard at the top has pushed the whole issue onto the backburner.” However, the predicament of TCM professionals appears in stark contrast to the various government initiatives that encourage and urge them to get registered in Europe. Various government and public research institutes have frequently encouraged TCM companies and clinics to register by creating expert teams, holding national meetings and publishing EU registration handbooks, according to sources from the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Medicines and Health Products. Although the April 30, 2011, deadline has long passed, there were no efforts on the part of the TCM industry to step up the registration process, they say. However, industry sources maintain that the relatively small sales volumes in European markets were a big disincentive for companies to spend huge amounts on product registration. In 2010, China’s TCM exports to the EU were valued at 152 million pounds, accounting for 13 percent of total TCM exports. However, Ma says, the average cost for certifying and registering a TCM consisting of six herbs is about 300,000 pounds. Ma says he has on several occasions urged TCM practitioners in the UK to jointly petition the MHRA to drop the plan. Mei says: “Personally, I think the MHRA should give us an extension of two more years so that we can sell our stocks.” Part of the problem is that Europe is one of the toughest drug markets to break into because of the stringent rules and regulations on safety. The TCM industry and practitioners need to understand what is actually happening in both the European and UK laws that affect them, Verkerk says, adding that they also need to be proactive in trying to protect their future. Although industrially manufactured herbal products are facing problems, TCM clinics are banking on acupuncture, massage and other treatment procedures to further expand in Europe. Nick Pahl, chief executive officer of the British Acupuncture Council, the leading self-regulatory body for the practice of traditional acupuncture in the UK, says it has been estimated that the demand for acupuncture treatment has almost doubled in the past decade to more than 4.5 million treatments every year. “This indicates that acupuncture is one of the most popular forms of treatment in the UK. “British patients believe that acupuncture is effective and has no side-effects,” Pahl says, adding that acupuncture also falls under the British National Health Service. “The increasing research evidence base for acupuncture and the recommendations from the National Institute for Clinical Excellence, especially for lower back pain, headache and migraine have also spurred demand,” Pahl says. “There have been several studies that have proved the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment of chronic ailments such as depressions and osteoarthritis.” Dominique Joire, the service manager and senior practitioner at the Gateway Clinic in London, says his clinic accepts TCM referrals from general practitioners and provides acupuncture for more than 300 patients a week, mainly for long-term conditions. Body acupuncture at Gateway Clinic is used to treat problems such as musculo-skeletal pain, headaches, migraine and cancer symptoms. Gateway Clinic is 100 percent funded by the NHS, Dominique says. Usually the GPs send the patients to a physiotherapist and only when the physiotherapist cannot solve the problem will they be sent for acupuncture. “On average the waiting period for acupuncture treatment is about three months,” Joire says. Currently in the UK, there are various forms of acupuncture service. Some are carried out within the NHS, such as Gateway Clinic, which means the patients are referred by their GPs and do not have to pay, says Elizabeth Wilmot, who qualified as an acupuncturist about five years ago, after working as a consultant psychiatrist for 20 years with the NHS. The downside of this option is that the line is long and the service is limited, Wilmot says, adding that it prompts several patients to go to private clinics with a charge, such as the Nottingham University Hospitals Self-Pay Pain Clinic. Almendra Mcbride, a British patient who started taking acupuncture and Chinese medicines on the advice of a friend about 30 years ago, says both are effective, although the capsules take longer to produce the desired results. Apart from acupuncture, massage and cupping are also becoming more popular, Pahl says. Acupuncture research and studies are other areas that are gaining ground in Europe. There is already huge demand for courses that are certified by the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board. There are also universities and colleges that offer degree level courses in London and four other towns. After students complete a BAAB accredited course they can opt to join the British Acupuncture Council, which has more than 550 students on its rolls. Pahl expects the number of students to increase with the recent launch of two new teaching institutions, at City College in London and the Acupuncture Academy in Leamington. (八打靈再也23日訊)隨著現代科技越來越發達,mini storage企業除了需要具備創意產品與優秀的銷售通路之外,還需要不時緊隨科技步伐,善用科技加強營運管理,以便把企業推向更高峰。從籍籍無名的小企業,逐漸茁壯為上市公司的威力行(YGL,0086,創業板),就是憑靠自行研發的嶄新科技,幫助了許多國內外企業解決營運管理的大小瑣碎事,從而讓企業順利壯大。該公司創辦人暨集團總執行長葉光前表示:“科技時代已經來臨,企業必須懂得善用互聯網,加強營運管理。”只有創意行銷還不夠此外他指出,許多企業只懂得研究創意產品,以及為行銷與銷售搞噱頭,但是卻忽略了營運管理的重要性,才會讓企業發展停滯不前。他說:“當企業不斷壯大,我們就必須以電腦取代人腦,這樣處事效率會更高。”葉光前在由《南洋商報》主辦,聯昌銀行盛情贊助的“聯昌銀行大商機”系列講座上,發表上述談話。他的演講主題為“突破瓶頸,小企壯大”,他冀望能夠借此向企業傳達電腦軟 件對企業發展的重要性。傅健榮(30歲,廣告美術業)掌握時勢創商機今日,我出席這場講座會主要是為了吸取新知識、瞭解目前的趨勢及尋找新的商機。目前是資訊年代,企業營運都是通過互聯網,且通過電郵及電子服務獲得商機。網絡對企業幫助大中小企業在電腦軟件使用方面不能說是不足,這些年有看到企業跟隨腳步,不停地提升自己。我認為,企業已少不了網際網絡,這對他們而言帶來的幫助很大。我與小型企業的領袖接觸方式,不是電話,就是通過網絡聯絡對方。不過,大部分國內中小企業還是停留在簡單的應用程式而已。相比于較先進國,如新加坡,大馬中小企業在這方面的發展顯得較慢。即便如此,在這些年來看,我發現中小企業已有逐步改善。黃劍鴻(42歲,有機護膚品行業)突出優勢求進步目前國內企業處於高競爭的時代,所以,我希望能夠從今日的講座會學習到以後的經商方式,讓自己能夠不斷地進步。如何面對以後的競爭及突出優勢是非常重要的。搭上電子商務列車這5、10年都是電子商務的時代,大家都隨身攜帶智能手機及電子設備,所以,我亦希望能夠在今日學習如何在電子商務的時代坐上列車一起前進。目前來看,國內中小企業對互聯網及軟件的認識不深,仍需要再改進。大部分的企業都在盲目跟從趨勢,選擇到不符合自己行業的軟件self storage所以我認為,企業需要認識真正符合自己行業的電腦軟件,也是非常重要的。林麗寶(52歲,製造業)善用網絡效率高我相信,網絡、電郵及軟件能夠讓我們更有效營運及管理公司。目前,公司缺乏電腦軟件的使用,所以都比較難即刻取得資訊及以往的紀錄,比較多是依賴人手搜索。年紀大也應學習若引用電腦軟件,將可大大工作效率,節省時間及空間。國內中小企業在電腦軟件使用還有很大的成長空間,還有很多傳統的中小企業難以接受新科技。一般上,都是年輕一代的企業家比較能夠接受新科技。不過,我認為,即使年紀大了,還是應該抱著學習態度,因為這才會讓自己開拓視野。邱繼豪(34歲,批發業)系統化控制庫存我從事于小型企業,所以想要借著這場講座會瞭解更多商業上的運作方式,學習新的商業模式。我認為,葉光前演講有關如何善用電腦軟件加強中小企業營運效率的課題不錯。科技減少工作量對經營業務而言,科技扮演著重要的角色,包括減少工作量,有效地進行商業活動等。在物流方面,則有助于控制庫存,如何讓庫存保持在健康的水平。批發業需要儲存較多貨物,所以貨倉的管理很重要。一般上,國內中小企業不注重系統。在成本的考量下,我們也不會在系統投入大筆資金。中小企業的生意量及利潤不如大企業,所以無法具備完善的系統。不過,我認為,系統是由人去設計的,所以我覺得客戶可以要求設計出符合自己行業及業務的系統。沈仁義(53歲,辦公室器材進口批發)傳統管理成本高隨著互聯網絡及科技越來越發達,我呼籲中小企業老闆在努力經營業務之餘,亦應該撥出部分時間讓自己學習新科技及軟件,或培訓青年。可加強營運效率我認為,若中小企業不作出改變,利用軟件加強營運效率,企業很快就會被淘汰。一直以來,我都有一種想法,若不注意資訊科技的發展,我過去30年的經商經驗就會全被抹殺掉。在這通貨膨脹、經營成本提高,及競爭激烈的時代,若不適用互聯網或軟件,我想沒有足夠的利潤承擔這傳統方式管理的成本。在出席今日這場講座會及葉光前的演講,為我帶來很大的啟發。若使用企業資源規劃(ERP)軟件,以後能夠更有效管理公司,並且在分析系統的幫助下,讓我在做決定時更有把握。我非常感謝《南洋商報》舉辦這場講座會,這除了為我帶來不少新知識之外,亦為企業提供新的資訊管道。迷你倉

本港發現或屬全球首見的新品種螢火蟲!中、港、日三地專家發現曾於大嶼山出沒的一種雌性螢火蟲,迷利倉其身上共有卅三個發光器,產卵後全身綻放綠光,遠看貌似一個小燈籠,雄性則全身呈黑色。有螢火蟲專家指,擁有上述特徵的螢火蟲在文獻上從未記載,有團體正就該項新發現撰寫研究報告,待明年向國際權威科學期刊發表,屆時公眾將可為這種彌足珍貴的新品種螢火蟲命名。新品種雌性螢火蟲產卵後會全身綻放綠光,身軀會屈成倒轉「C字」護卵。(麥肇峰提供)香港螢火蟲館館長麥肇峰表示,相信是新品種的螢火蟲由數名大嶼山村民於○九年發現,但因他們對螢火蟲沒甚認識,所以對「寶藏」不以為然。聚居大嶼山 特點不會飛後來有位愛蝶的農莊莊主將螢火蟲送往螢火蟲研究協會鑑定,才發現極有可能是新品種,屬雌光螢,成蟲後身長約一點三厘米,棲息於枯葉堆,靠獵食俗稱「千足蟲」的馬陸維生,該品種的雄性螢火蟲全身黑色,迷你倉獻前所未見,而雌性螢火蟲產卵後,全身卅三個發光器會同時點亮,警告同類不要靠近,牠們另一特點是不會飛,即使到了求偶期,亦只會豎起尾部吸引異性交配。身兼香港螢火蟲研究協會會長的麥肇峰補充,現時大嶼山最少發現約二百隻新品種螢火蟲,牠們只活躍於每年的二至三月,其餘日子會以幼蟲形態展現,考慮到大批市民湧至觀賞,或破壞其棲息地,故決定不公開出沒地點,盼一睹「小燈籠」的市民,恐怕要大失所望。生態遊亂來 加速蟲死亡螢火蟲漫天飛舞,美景醉人,近年吸引大批市民於夜間賞螢,不少旅行團借生態遊之名「吸金」,但麥肇峰批評,部分欠專業知識導遊讓團友肆意破壞螢火蟲棲息地,加速其死亡,加上螢火蟲集中的郊野公園入夜後「無王管」,使近年本港錄得的螢火蟲數目銳減,建議政府對生態旅遊加強規管,發牌予環保團體舉辦有關活動,又期望政府多做宣傳教育,呼籲觀螢市民到香港螢火蟲館參觀。記者羅俊文自存倉

避開颱風多發的日子,儲存不久前我和老伴隨旅遊團去台灣轉了一圈。我們團共十七個「驢友」:十一個是六七十歲的老者,兩對五十多歲的夫婦,還有一個三十歲的媽媽帶�一個不滿三歲的孩子。八天裡,飛機、汽車、火車、自行車、遊艇、地鐵(台灣稱「捷運」)等交通工具都用了。我們既邁步於寶島最北端的野柳風景區,也到了最南端的鵝鑾鼻。內地旅行社的廣告早有言在先: 「想看名山大川,請不要去台灣,想住奢華飯店,請不要去台灣。」「台灣,最美的風景是人。」「台灣保留中華文明的美好元素。」此言不假。我們見到在不少公共場所,有慈善組織設立的透明的募捐箱,箱子專門收集各種發票,發票抽獎所得以支援慈善。另外,所到之處的衛生間(台灣稱「化妝間」)給人印象深刻──在遊人光顧之處它們不但能急人所難地出現,而且清潔而方便,大多考慮了殘障人士(佛光山佛陀紀念館稱「不方便人士」)的需要。最令人難忘的當屬故宮博物院了。由於院內精品太多,絕大部分只能輪流展出,當然像毛公鼎之類的鎮館之寶是常年可見的。一樓展廳正舉辦一個介紹乾隆生平的展覽,這位少數民族出身的皇帝也是一個熟諳中華文化的大家,關於他的展覽幾乎就是一個關於中華文化的展覽。博物院內參觀者摩肩接踵(地陪小吳在參觀前介紹那裡像菜市場),好在每個參觀者都佩有能收聽導遊講解的耳機,保證了聽mini storage看兩者能同步進行。翠玉白菜是人氣最旺的展品,據說自開放陸客訪台之後,其「身價」更高了。在專售紀念品的商店裡,有翠玉白菜造型的工藝品十餘種,從幾可亂真的仿製品到鑰匙鏈上的飾物。在寶島我們一行既受到客氣的接待,也感受到隔膜的存在。去一家著名的書店,其設施很好,氣氛溫馨,書籍門類齊全,英文書和日文書不少,卻鮮見簡體字的讀物。我讀到幾種報紙,各有特色,對海峽的另一邊,有的稱「大陸」,有的稱「中國」。我們團那位盡責而熱情的小吳常講的一句話是「台灣和國內不同」,台灣屬於國外?好在她在旅途中給我們放了三個文獻紀錄片,一個關於宋美齡,一個關於張學良,一個關於鄧麗君。這三位我們既熟悉又陌生的故人,若九泉有知在今天仍起�的作用,一定會微笑的。我們團的老黃,是一位六十六歲的農民,此行他有一個特別的目的,就是要去見曾多次來大陸探親如今卻行動不便的姑媽。他講方言,我們聽起來都有些困難,小吳幫了他不少忙,他才如願見到姑媽。他告訴我們,姑媽給他一個大紅包,囑他明年帶老婆一起來。在桃園機場,當小吳道別「同志們再見」時,一眾人等頗有幾分依依惜別之情。同機離台的有三個大陸旅遊團和一個台灣旅遊團,其中有拄�枴杖的老者,還有兩位手腳已不利索的同胞。若有人問我此行的最大的收穫是什麼,我會答:體驗了一次「打斷骨頭連�筋」。self storage

  中新網廣州11月24日電(郭軍 袁鋼)記者今天從廣鐵集團獲悉,文件倉12月1日起,廣珠城際鐵路將邁進“芯”時代——使用中鐵銀通卡即可直接刷卡進站乘坐動車組列車,無需購買傳統的紙制車票,這標誌著鐵路火車票開始逐步推進電子支付體系,旅客出行可以不再排隊買票,便捷出行。  據悉,此次廣珠城際鐵路推出的中鐵銀通卡,屬內含磁條賬戶和電子芯片的雙介質實名制預付卡。電子芯片可以存儲持卡人身份信息及乘車記錄,卡片內的電子現金賬戶可以反複充值。旅客乘坐廣珠城際鐵路的各次動車組列車,可直接刷卡進站,無需出示身份證明。進站時電子芯片記錄進站信息,出站時閘機扣除相應的電子現金,全部過程沒有現金交易。旅客需要打印車票作為報銷憑證時,可到業務窗口辦理,不收取任何費用。  電子芯片是近年來各類銀行卡的發展方向,中鐵銀通卡將電子芯片的強大存儲功能以及電子現金的安全、存倉捷扣繳方式與鐵路車票實名制以及動車組便捷乘車有機結合,代表了鐵路客運服務創新與金融服務創新相結合的新方向,是鐵路推動電子支付體系的重要舉措。運用電子支付火車票,不僅可以為旅客出行提供更加快速、便捷的服務,有效緩解旅客在車站售票窗口或自動售票機前排隊購票的壓力。而且減少紙質火車票的使用,也將有效推動“綠色、環保”出行。  據悉,銀通卡從11月25日開售。售卡車站包括廣州南、珠海、中山北、新會、小欖站。  旅客刷卡進站後,臨時取消行程需在同一車站出閘時,若在刷卡後30分鐘內,不予扣款;若刷卡後超過30分鐘,檢票閘機將不予放行,旅客須至出站口補票窗口處理並按以下標準扣款:進出站時間間隔在30至60分鐘內,按本站至最近到站扣減一次往返票款;超過60分鐘不到3小時,按本站至最遠到站扣減一次單程票款。超過3小時時,按本線全程扣減一次往返票款。(完)儲存

下地耕田。闊別家鄉40年,存倉昔日農活李豆羅照樣嫻熟。李茂君 攝本報記者 李茂君“從農民到市長用了40年,從市長到農民用了4小時。”1946年出生于江西省南昌市進賢縣西湖李家的李豆羅,2001年被選為南昌市市長(後任市人大常委會主任)。2010年1月22日退休前最後一次參加人大閉幕會,上午作完報告,雷動掌聲中,他深深一鞠躬便匆匆離開,托運好行李,當天下午便和老伴回到了故鄉。幾年來,按照他“先村容,後文化,再產業”的建設步驟,西湖李家大變樣——“房子修了一遍,道路鋪了一遍,山塘水庫挖了一遍,荒山綠了一遍,旱地整了一遍”。年近七十的李豆羅身體健康,心情暢快,用他的話說“現在的西湖李家是‘路上不斷人、灶里不斷火’,自己則是‘人生大幸事、天天待親朋’”。話畢,李豆羅呷一口濃茶,拍拍身下搖著尾巴的黃狗,放聲開懷大笑。提及未來,李豆羅則神情認真向記者說了一個比喻:“西湖李家的新農村建設,好比燒一壺水,現在這壺水已燒到了70度,還差30度。下一步這30度怎麼燒,需要做好四大方面的問題,即建築要掃尾、管理要開頭、文化做上去、產業找對路。”這位講起話來總能一套一套、在南昌當地家喻戶曉的市長,當初還在任就謀定退休後生活:“回歸生命原點,恢複農民‘老’身份,建設生態‘新’農村。”有村民認為外出打工取代在鄉務農是無可逆轉的潮流,在鄉間做投入意義不大……但李豆羅當初做規劃時,就特地在村里開了一個群�大會,對鄉親們說:“不論你官多大、不論你走多遠、不管你賺多少,總是要落葉歸根的。這裡就是我們的家。我們要集中精力把家鄉打造好、建設好。”就地城鎮化,打造現代化田園故鄉“偉人講業績,學生看成績,我既不是偉人,也不是學生,每工作一地,要留下點痕跡。”休政還鄉的李豆羅換了舞台,將家鄉建設成現代化新農村是他餘生的事業,但這不比當市長時輕鬆。長期從事過三農工作的他認為,城鎮化的過程,並不一定意味著人口和產業的絕對空間轉移,而是用城鎮的生產生活方式和現代文明理念改變農村,最終在全社會逐步得到推廣的過程。他在西湖李家開展的新農村建設就是一種“就地城鎮化”的農村現代化道路。李豆羅首先操刀改善人居環境,重點在“屋”、“路”、“場”、“燈”四個字上做文章。首要舉措是改善鄉親們的居住條件:“全村375幢房屋朝向同一,對這些房屋不搞大拆大建,而是修舊如舊。針對每棟屋的破損程度,採取‘穿衣戴帽’的辦法進行修固,把人字牆改成馬頭牆,粉牆黛瓦,恢複歷史上的徽派建築風格。”如此一來,全村馬頭牆高低錯落,一律的徽派建築掩映綠林——沒有樹難有水,沒有水難留人,幾年來李豆羅帶領鄉親們栽下50多萬株樹木,村莊呈現出“紅石路、馬頭牆、碧水繞、滿村樹”的嶄新容貌。為了改變夜晚村民活動難的問題,他對村頭巷尾、庭院廣場進行了“亮化”,安裝路燈近200盞,其中高架景觀燈8杆,公共活動場所不亞于城鎮。按照“車子進出村莊跑水泥路,村民在村內活動不走泥巴路”的要求,全村鋪了近萬米水泥路,供車輛分別在村中、村東、村西環村莊進出。村內則鋪了12500米紅石路,架設了5座紅石橋,聯通村頭巷尾,方便鄉親活動,一年四季“走路不沾泥”。春澇秋旱是鄉親們生產生活的極大困擾,打一場水利攻堅戰勢在必行,李豆羅先後組織勞力,加固水堤,清挖山塘,興修水渠,疏浚排洪溝,還興建了3個排灌站,同時對全村2900多畝耕地進行了田園化改造,使之形成“田成方,路成行,溝砌石,樹兩旁”的新格局——既提高了地力,又方便了管理,平均每畝農田比以前增產200多斤。為滿足村民們文化生活需求,他設法建立村廣播站、農家書屋,開通有線電視,恢複村民活動室,在村口造古戲台、紅石廣場,擺上各種休閒健身器材,村里一下火熱起來。針對鄉間種植養殖等農業生產活動的汙物影響,他借鑒在城市時的管理經驗,實現城鄉一體化管理機制,垃圾無害化處理,並聘請一些村民為專職保潔員每天清運。覺得鄉親們外出打工非長久之計,為幫他們提高經濟收入和生活水平,同時滿足都市人“返璞歸真”的需求,李豆羅不遺餘力發展鄉村旅遊產業。如今,在他的推動下,西湖李家已經建立了景觀名村、農博館和烏崗山莊3個旅遊點,榮獲國家3A景區授牌,形成了特色定位,成為了遠近聞名的新農村建設示範點。在西湖李家新農村建設取得突破後,省市縣很多政府項目向這裡傾斜。水利、林業、農業、新農村等項目都來了,為西湖李家的建設發揮了重要作用。不少企業找到李豆羅,要到西湖李家投資;但都被他拒絕了。“商人來這裡是為了賺錢,不是占山就是占田,不是填塘就是砍樹。而我們要的是原生態。”拒絕工業項目的李豆羅,以其獨特的生態成果吸引人們前來觀光旅遊,“我的房間是三星級,窗外的空氣、山水是七星級,折算下來也是四星級。”幾年的實踐讓李豆羅更加覺得:“鄉村建設好了,鄉親安居樂業,進城的自然會回流,沒進城務工的農民也會感到他們奮鬥在建設美麗新農村一線,比外出打工更有意義。”當年那一輪改革大浪中,全國各地農村出現了一批像吳仁寶這樣能力強、威望高的當家領頭人……而當下中國,想要推廣 “就地城鎮化”,一個現實問題便是:多年“空心化”態勢下,鄉村缺少真正的領路人李豆羅還在任時,提前將“返鄉務農”想法向省市兩級領導匯報請示。時任南昌市委書記的吳新雄與其搭班,瞭解其為人,當即給予支持;請求送至時任江西省委書記的孟建柱處,也得到批准與盛讚。至今,李豆羅還十分感謝孟建柱對自己的信任,笑稱“沒他的批准我沒法做今天這一大堆事情”。村民們告訴記者,不到20歲,李豆羅就當了村里大隊支書,40多年後,他重新回歸做起 “顧問”,農民情懷、赤子情懷從未改變。當下現實問題是,多年的“空心化”態勢下,鄉村中缺少真正的領路人,“一些熱血沸騰的建設者,不太懂。有的盲目亂建,有的不知建設方向應去向何方。我農民出身,又長期從事農業農村工作,也在城市幹過,覺得能為鄉親們探出一條路子。”李豆羅相信新農村建設的路徑不唯一,但必須因地制宜。盡管他離村多年,村里已沒什麼親人,父母早已去世,兩個姐姐也嫁給了外地;但鄉親們都把他當作自家人看待,推舉為村民理事會和新農村建設領導小組的總顧問。從此,他開著一輛2萬多元的電動車,田間地頭轉轉,村里新開建的工地上看看,時不時還串門走戶,到村民家中去聊聊天,聽聽他們的呼聲與建議。在工地上,每看到手法不夠嫻熟的工匠,他便駐足下到溝道里,仔細查看、目測紅石有沒有鋪好、鋪平,哪怕有一點點偏差也要指出來,立即返工。他自號“青嵐農夫”,和鄉親們完全平等。回鄉至今,李豆羅就一直住在村里烏崗山上一棟白牆灰瓦的二層農房,一層幾位大學生村官住,二層他和妻子胡桂蓮起居,儲存樣的房子在村里算中上水平。村支書李新華的印象里,李豆羅極少離開村里,“一年在外住的時間不超過5天”。初回村莊時,一些設想得不到配合,不理解的質疑聲也時有發生。比如有的村民為了自家農用車行走便利,反對鋪設石階道路,有的村民隨便搭建禽畜圈舍……掛職西湖李家鍛煉的大學生村官艾楚楚告訴記者,偶爾發生的一些不理解主要是“市長的出發點是著眼全局與長遠,而村民則只考慮當下與自己;但是一討論一合議他們就懂得了市長的用心”。最愁的是沒錢做事、沒人做事。“我現在就像個‘老乞丐’,見人討錢,沒錢賒賬。有錢大幹,沒錢使勁幹,腳踩西瓜皮,滑到哪裡算哪裡。”李豆羅打趣說,“若問錢從哪裡來?就是三句話:鄉鄰相籌、友人相幫、項目相湊。”李豆羅坦言,他的田園夢能延續,全靠村民及社會愛心人士的大力支持和幫助,全靠他們送柴送米、送錢送物而成的。為解決資金問題,他在村里搭起募捐台帶頭捐款,“老人拿出養老金,學生拿出壓歲錢,嫁出的女兒回娘家捐,姑爺女婿上門捐,一年又一年,已形成慣例。”每年大年初一,李豆羅參加的團拜會同時也辦成了村里的表彰大會和捐款大會,今年就表彰了好父子、好鄰居、衛生模範等9類323人。一位叫做李顯穀的老人捐出自己省吃儉用的8000元錢,一些在外經商的也熱情參與,會後共籌得建設資金30多萬元。西湖李家的青壯年都在外打工,留守在家的基本是老人、小孩、婦女等。李豆羅把留守村民發動起來,為自己家鄉的基本建設打工:“‘肥水不流外人田’,錢都掙給鄉親們。”如今的李豆羅只關心西湖李家的建設發展,故友登門,只要與此無關,悉數謝絕;對於外界的人和事,“眼睛不看、耳朵不聽、腦子不想、嘴巴不說”;對於自己的田園夢,“白天抓進度,晚上抓調度,睡覺想思路,起來找出路”……見到記者時,李豆羅剛剛接待完當天500多人的遊客團,類似前華西村老書記吳仁寶一樣,遠近遊客有不少是沖著李豆羅來的,來了要見面,要和他聊天合影,不少則求字要簽名……但李豆羅的田園夢、中國夢,和華西村不一樣,他是打生態牌、文化牌,是要——把農村建設得更像農村,沒文化的農村沒前途“天下第一村”華西村一位負責幹部走進西湖李家時,對著烏崗山滿山鷺鳥不由贊歎。李豆羅道出自己的思路:“華西村搞的是城鎮化、工業化、經濟全球化,西湖李家搞的是山水化、田園化、農耕文化。這裡的水,舀起來就能喝,我這些鳥,錢再多買不來。”李豆羅喜歡簡單自在,喜歡天人合一的農耕文化。他也不認為時代發展的洪流會將傳統的鄉村吞噬,不過,他堅持認為,有生命力的村莊必須是有文化、有獨特外在及內涵的村莊,“沒文化的農村沒有前途”。雖然西湖李家是有600多年曆史的古村落,可不經挖掘與提升,也“泯然�人矣”——時空坐標下西湖李家何去何從,這個烏崗山麓、青嵐湖畔的村莊山水相濟、田園秀美,李豆羅成竹在胸,以慣用排比對仗句式的“李氏順口溜”一氣呵成:“我們西湖李家繁衍生息六個世紀,今有上下三村大小四姓,共500戶人家2000多人口,3000多畝土地。我們新農村建設的宗旨是,傳承華夏文化,恢複古村精華,縱墨青山綠水,美我故鄉天下。”遊客來西湖李家看什麼?李豆羅手舞足蹈比劃:“一看古村神韻,二看田園風光;三看烏崗積翠,四看青嵐蕩漾;五看沙灘泳場,六看農博館堂;七看農夫模樣,八看翰墨飄香;九看新村氣象。”如今的西湖李家是一個翰墨飄香的地方,愛好書法的李豆羅一大樂事便是以文會友。他還建設了農村罕有的文化館“農夫草堂”,收藏了不少書畫作品。目前西湖李家最大的景點是農博館,門票定價60元;但一直只賣30元,這是村集體主要收入來源。“當時上海搞世博會,江西搞中博會,我們李家搞農博會。他們辦大的,我們做小的。不管形式如何,大家都是傳承文化。”李豆羅給記者做起導遊,“方圓幾百公里農具都搜集起了,件件都是衣食之源,物物都照精神文明。”西湖李家還有完善的村譜、村圖、村規、村歌、村徽,“如今許多傳統習俗在逐漸消失,逢年過節,應該有農村自己的文化活動。”在李豆羅的組織下,西湖李家恢複起了農村的傳統習俗,“幾十年沒有燒塔,中秋節我們把它燒起來了。現在我們西湖李家,清明節集體祭祖,端午節劃龍船,中秋節燒聖塔,過年玩龍燈、吃年飯、唱採茶戲。每個重要節日都有活動。”記者還看到,村里有300多個門頭,每個門頭上都有三字經、二十四孝圖、至理名言等。轉頭放眼望去,附近田地已被翻了一遍,種上了油菜籽,明年開春便是遍地油菜花。“西湖李家的外觀改變了,改變的還有精神文化。”李豆羅說,“田園夢不只是添磚加瓦的外表功夫,更是從外表到內涵的文化改變。”經過幾年發展,西湖李家的鄉村旅遊發展亦已具備吃、住、看、購等要素。李豆羅的推介詞是:“雞是山上捉,菜是園里剝,魚是水里撈,豆腐自己做,蘿蔔田里扯,豬是欄里拖。”叉腰俯瞰西湖李家,李豆羅向記者表示:“目前的發展還是硬件不硬、軟件不行、辦事全憑感情。”他坦言餘生將秉持“三心”:用心,熱心,潛心——用心當農民當顧問搞好新農村建設,熱心傳承文化做慈善,潛心研習書法。隱歸鄉野的他,日出而作、日落而息,“除非親朋好友的紅白喜事,其他活動一律不參加。”李豆羅笑言,“夕陽無限好,尚未到黃昏,揚鞭自奮蹄,迎來第二春。”記者手記呼喚一批李豆羅如今李豆羅是一位受村民認同的鄉村建設領路人,在村里不分長幼都昵稱他為 “老闆”。這位“老闆”團結了一批志同道合者作為有力助手,將鄉村建設搞得如火如荼。西湖李家的新農村建設最早�動于2007年,當時還未退休的李豆羅在南昌“遙控指揮”,具體事務主要由村民黃華明、李旺根、李衍章三人負責:“我們4人從小一起光屁股長大的,他們是‘走讀生’,我是‘寄宿生’。”李豆羅形容道。與李豆羅類似,這三位也都是村里比較有能耐、有出息的。黃華明退休前是進賢縣人大常委會主任,李旺根是進賢縣衛生局辦公室主任,李衍章則比較有生意頭腦。李旺根對記者笑言:“當時我考上醫學中專時,豆羅還在種地。誰都沒想到他日後會當市長。不過,他是徹徹底底的農民,至今所有農活都會幹,精氣神一點不輸年輕人。”那次為新農村建設做發展規劃的全村大會上,李豆羅還對鄉親們講:“愛家就是愛國,所有愛國的沒有不愛家的,這裡就是我們的家,所以我們大家要集中精力把家鄉打造好、建設好。”“休政回鄉當農民,策馬揚鞭又登程。任憑征途千般苦,留點痕跡後人評……”去年生日,李豆羅自賦一首《休政抒懷》,濃縮了他大半生的人生感悟。能力大責任大,退休後的光陰依然可成為服務民�、報效祖國的舞台。李豆羅的返鄉築夢實踐,是一位官員退休後發揮余熱的個案,卻又引人關注、為之深思:頤養天年的日子,同樣可以做很多造福百姓的事情。迷你倉

 【專訪】由民政總署主辦,自存倉廣州iMART創意市集、台灣Campobag、香港小童群益會協辦的第六屆「塔石藝墟」系列活動,前日起一連三天及本周五至日的下午五時至晚上十時在塔石廣場舉行,今屆陣容更鼎盛,廣州、台灣、香港、馬來西亞及本澳創作者組成二百個攤位,展示及出售各式藝術與實用兼備的原創產品,昨日現場更安排「八馬並駕」彩繪活動,由本地藝術家參與創作,令人矚目。 藝墟的開幕式安排於昨日下午五時半舉行,民政總署管委會代主席黃有力,民署諮委會主席梁官漢,澳門美術協會會長黎鷹,城市畫報文化及藝術品牌總監陳偉嘉,台灣CAMPOBAG執行總監陳靜亭,澳門喜愛創作社會長謝淑淩,香港小童群益會服務總監王美玲,美麗南方音樂節主理人中國電子樂隊「反及閘」主創人黃國慶主持開幕禮。 黃有力在開幕禮上致辭稱,塔石藝墟自二00八年首次舉辦以來,一直發揮平台作用,讓藝術愛好者展示才華和互相觀摩,吸引不同地區的創意人參與。 他說,藝墟以推動原創為宗旨,除了展示創意產品,也舉辦藝墟音樂會,邀請不同地區的迷你倉作人和樂隊,為觀眾帶來獨特的原創音樂。廣大市民更可參加連續兩個星期日下午舉行的講座,與不同地區的音樂人分享他們建立音樂品牌的經驗。 據瞭解,是次藝墟參與攤位歷年最多、音樂會陣容更強大、表演時間更長。五地創意人輪流兩周在現場「擺攤」共達二百個,帶來琳琅滿目的個性原創產品,盡顯創作人心思,包括編織手飾、手製皮革、手縫玩偶、衣物彩繪、布製杯墊及書籤、銀器飾品、麵粉花製作、陶瓷藝術、微刻工藝、自製有機護膚品等等。 「藝墟音樂會」每日表演四小時,由下午五時半至九時半舉行。兩個周五有本地歌手和樂隊表演,周六、日由近年華語音樂佔一席位的音樂人演出,四天十六支樂隊超過一百位音樂人匯聚塔石廣場,送上連串華語原創音樂。 藝墟期間,大會還安排三十三場手作坊,由多位導師與大家一起創作及親手製作屬於自己的作品,歡迎市民報名參加。 首次來澳參與塔石藝墟的香港藝術工作者呂承熙表示,他帶來宣揚生活訊息的手繪袋和再造紙產品等作品,希望透過活動接觸不同地方的文化。但認為攤位擺放位置和音樂會安排等有待改善。◇mini storage

下周有3場物業拍賣會,mini storage共有9個住宅銀主盤,數目之多是近數月少見。該批銀主盤由豪宅,以至位於屋苑的中小型單位均有,其中元朗翹翠峰銀主盤,實用580方呎,開價398萬元。據了解,現時主要銀行對該單位的估值達427萬元。臨近年尾,銀主也準備清貨,下周有3場物業拍賣會,合共有多達9個住宅銀主盤及1個工廈銀主盤推出拍賣,數量之多是近數月少見。大部分銀主盤屬減價翻拍,只有3個首度拍賣,分別位於牛池灣瓊麗苑(詳見下文)、筲箕灣中心及深井浪翠園。位於筲箕灣中心的銀主盤,為B座中層F室,據拍賣行職員表示,該單位由銀主及業主聯合拍賣,新買家整份權買入。該單位實用288方呎,開價268萬元,呎價9,306元。該屋苑近期易手的單位,實用平均呎價約10,600元。另主要銀行對該單位的估值約320萬至328萬元。至於浪翠園的銀主盤,位於1期2座低層A室,實用467方呎,開價260萬元,呎價5,567元。現時主要銀行對該單位的估值約283萬至290萬元不等。浪翠園1期近日易手的單位,實用呎價約6,740至7,390元。市況靜 錄「零」拍出二手樓市低迷,拍賣場交投亦見冷清,今周截至周三(11月20日)已舉行的物業拍賣會,未有物業即場拍出。有2項住宅在拍賣前售出,包括有北角明苑中心低層4室,實用396方呎,以398萬元沽出,呎價10,051元。另九龍城城南道42至4self storage號中層C室,實用334方呎,以265萬元沽出,呎價7,934元。元朗翹翠峰實用580呎裝修企理元朗翹翠峰有1個實用580方呎銀主盤,在下周拍賣,開價398萬元,呎價6,862元。該屋苑相同呎數、樓層相近的單位,近期造價約429萬元。銀主盤位於1座低層A屋,間隔2房1廳,長方形大廳,方便擺放家具。全屋裝修簡潔,以銀主盤來說算不錯。廳、房的窗戶均向北,望園林及開揚樓景。區內代理表示,翹翠峰同是實用580方呎,而樓層相近的買賣,追溯至8月,6座低層F室,以429萬元易手,呎價7,397元。至於,相近呎數的放盤,叫價主要介乎420萬至468萬元。牛池灣瓊麗苑低層綠表呎價4,000元位於牛池灣的居屋瓊麗苑,有1個實用645方呎銀主盤拍賣,在綠表市場及自由市場分別開價258萬及388萬元,綠表市場呎價4,000元,自由市場呎價6,016元。據拍賣行職員表示,該單位會先以綠表價開拍,如無承接,再以自由市場價開拍。據了解,現時主要銀行對該單位在自由市場的估值約453萬至461萬元。區內代理表示,瓊麗苑同類型單位的放盤量少,買賣也稀疏,如有放盤,多在綠表市場易手,對上一宗買賣追溯至今年7月,B座高層2室,實用645方呎,綠表價315萬元,呎價4,884元。至於放盤,除上述銀主盤外,尚有1個,在綠表市場開價350萬元。撰文:梁健 部分相片由被訪者提供迷你倉
