發改委、財政部、商務部、人民銀行、海關總署、稅務總局、工商總局、質檢總局8部門23日聯合下發通知,迷你倉決定�動第二批國家電子商務示範城市創建工作。創建示範城市的主要工作任務包括五個方面:首先,完善電子商務法規政策環境。研究符合地方特點、有利於電子商務健康快速發展的法規政策,編制電子商務發展規劃,研究出台倉儲建設用地、配送車輛管理等支持物流快遞行業發展的鼓勵政策,制定支持和鼓勵金融機構為中小網商、中小企業應用電子商務提供小額貸款服務的政策,以及鼓勵互聯網支付、跨境支付發展的政策,建立完善電子商務統計制度。其次,健全電子商務支撐體系。完善智能物流基礎設施,建設智能物流信息平台,支持農村、社區、學校的物流快遞配送點建設,解決物流配送“最後一公里”問題。推動電子支付創新應用,大力發展移動支付,促進電子商務信用信息共享,構建適應電子商務發展的支撐環境。第三,加強電子商務基礎設施和交易保障設施建設。推進儲存信網絡和移動金融可信服務管理基礎設施建設,完善電子商務可信交易保障機制,建立網絡交易糾紛處理機制,積極推進跨境電子商務通關綜合服務平台建設,加快電子口岸結匯、退稅系統與大型電子商務平台的系統對接,實現通信、物流、支付等基礎設施同步推進、協調發展。第四,積極培育電子商務服務。鼓勵商業銀行與跨境電子商務平台企業合作,為跨境電子商務企業提供優惠利率融資服務;支持電子商務與物流信息化創新,在跨境貿易、農業、生活服務、城市社區、旅遊以及優勢特色產業等領域,大力支持第三方電子商務交易平台建設,支持網絡零售平台做大做強,促進本地區電子商務服務業發展。最後,深化電子商務應用。支持大型骨幹企業以供應鏈協同為重點深化電子商務應用,積極引導中小企業利用第三方電子商務服務平台開拓國內外市場,鼓勵電子商務企業“走出去”;推進移動電子商務應用,加快各行業、各領域的電子商務應用,不斷拓展和深化電子商務應用領域。(李香才)迷你倉

  蘋果iPhone 5s剛推出不久,迷你倉其新增的指紋辨識防盜系統「Touch ID」疑已被德國黑客組織Chaos Computer Club(CCC)破解。該組織指蘋果所聲稱「非常安全」的指紋辨識系統,其實能以「假手指」破解,組織又上載短片示範過程。  短片顯示,只要將iPhone機主的指紋,拍下具2400 dpi解像度的照片,以鐳射打印機列印出1200 dpi的指紋圖片,再以乳膠液套取指紋,便可製成假手指對iPhone 5s解鎖。紐約警方派傳單籲升級iOS 7  科技界人士蔡先生指,只要使用1,20文件倉萬像素的「傻瓜機」,已可拍攝出手指大小的2400 dpi相片,而這些「傻瓜機」只需2,000至3,000元。不過,有專業攝影師則指出,「2400 dpi解像度」一說並不合理,因為dpi是印刷質素的單位,而非用以形容相機的解像度。  另有網民指紐約警方上周五於紐約蘋果店門外派傳單,呼籲蘋果用家升級至iOS 7。傳單中指iOS 7的保安系統較安全,就算產品被盜,對方若沒有密碼也不能啟動電話,變相減少罪犯偷竊意慾。另方面,蘋果透露iPhone 5s及iPhone 5c開售三日已賣出900萬部,打破歷來紀錄。存倉

Source: Philadelphia Daily NewsSept.文件倉 23--ANY ATTEMPT to handicap future Hall of Fame votes is complicated by the need to predict the whims of an electorate whose homogenous composition leaves it susceptible to groupthink, regional bias and moralistic crusading.Exhibit A: The most recent round of voting, in which Curt Schilling, Roger Clemens and Barry Bonds were each named on fewer than 40 percent of ballots despite credentials that would appear to make them surefire Hall of Famers (the threshold for induction is 75 percent). Clemens and Bonds, arguably the top pitcher and hitter of their generation, have both been linked to performance-enhancing drug use, while Schilling's reputation as a blowhard clearly tempered some enthusiasm for his candidacy.The 569 members of the Baseball Writers' Association of America who cast ballots last year are in desperate need of some clear guidelines on how to judge players from the so-called Steroid Era, but no such help appears to be forthcoming. Thus, the Hall of Fame chances of players who are still active could be affected by a potential logjam of current eligibles who wallow in ballot purgatory as the electorate struggles with who should be penalized and who should be rewarded for their performances in an era when the sport was rife with PED use.The feeling here is that players should be judged against the era in which they participated, and because neither the commissioner's office nor the players association took steps to nullify the effects of drug use on the results of that era, then it would be foolish and extra-judicial for voting members of the BBWAA to take it upon themselves to do so. Silence is often the most culpable accessory to the commission of misdeeds. Every player who participated in the steroid era bears some responsibility for the status quo. Thus, no player should be penalized or rewarded for operating within it.So what do the numbers say about the current crop of Phillies who will likely spend time on the ballot once their playing days are complete?Let's run them down in order of the strength of their candidacy.1. ROY HALLADAY(Daily News odds: 1 to 10)Even if Halladay never throws another pitch after this season, it will be difficult to argue against his inclusion. If you believe that wins are something a pitcher should be judged on, there are 54 pitchers who finished their careers with more than his 203 and are not in the Hall of Fame. But there are 10 starters in the Hall of Fame who failed to reach that mark: Rube Marquard, Jack Chesbro, Dazzy Vance, Ed Walsh, Rube Waddell, Lefty Gomez, Sandy Koufax, Monte Ward, Addie Joss and Dizzy Dean. So wins have never been a deal-breaker, contrary to public perception.Of the 64 pitchers in the Hall of Fame, only 10 have fewer innings than Halladay, three of whom were relievers, and a fourth of whom was Babe Ruth. But that still leaves Koufax and Dean, both of whom, coincidentally, retired with the same ERA+ of 131 that Halladay had as of last week. (This stat adjusts a pitcher's earned run average according to whether the home ballpark is pitcher- or batter-friendly, and the league ERA. An ERA+ above 100 indicates that the pitcher performed better than average.) Koufax averaged 9.28 K/9 and 2.93 K/BB. Halladay's career marks: 6.9 K/9 and 3.59 K/BB, both marks better than those of Dean.The 1988 season was the last one to feature more than 10 pitchers who eclipsed the 250 innings mark. Since that year, Halladay is one of five pitchers with more than 2,500 innings and an ERA+ over 130. Here is the list:Pedro Martinez: 2,827 1/3 innings, 154 ERA+Clemens: 3,885 1/3 innings, 143 ERA+Greg Maddux: 4,572 2/3 innings, 137 ERA+Randy Johnson: 4,109 1/3 innings, 135 ERA+Halladay: 2,749 innings, 131 ERA+Among those with 2,500 innings who rank behind Halladay:Schilling: 3,246 1/3 innings, 129 ERA+Kevin Brown: 3,228 innings, 127 ERA+John Smoltz: 3,409 innings, 126 ERA+Tim Hudson: 2,813 2/3 innings, 124 ERA+Mike Mussina: 3,562 2/3 innings, 123 ERA+Tom Glavine: 4,167 2/3 innings, 121 ERA+CC Sabathia, 2,755 innings, 121 ERA+Halladay is one of 16 pitchers to win multiple Cy Youngs. The non-Hall of Famers on that list: Bret Saberhagen, Johan Santana, Denny McLain, Tim Lincecum, Clemens, Johnson, Maddux, Martinez, Glavine.Johnson, Maddux and Martinez are virtual locks, Clemens would be if not for the taint of PED allegations, and Lincecum and Santana are still active. McLain's Cy Young seasons were two of only three in which ERA+ had him as an above-league-average pitcher. The rest of his 10-year career he was significantly worse than that. Saberhagen, meanwhile, only had four seasons with more than 197 innings pitched. Halladay has eight. Glavine will be eligible next season.When you look at Halladay's body of work, from the multiple Cy Youngs to the perfect game to the playoff no-hitter to the remarkable innings load that he carried during his peak, and then you combine them with the in-game results (runs, strikeouts, wins, etc.), he's a Hall of Famer who is only on the borderline of warranting some debate, a debate in which any advocacy from the devil would be quickly refuted anyway. The strongest argument against Halladay as a Hall of Famer is really more of an argument for pitchers like Brown, Mussina and Schilling. And you are better off arguing them from that perspective and leaving Halladay out of it.2. CLIFF LEE(Daily News odds: 10 to 1)Lee is an interesting case because of how late he blossomed. At the start of his 29-year-old season, he had just 741 2/3career innings with a 4.64 ERA and 94 ERA+. In the six seasons since, he has amassed 1,318 2/3 innings with a 2.90 ERA and 140 ERA+.存倉Combined, that leaves him with 2,060 innings, a 3.53 ERA and a 118 ERA+. The feeling here is that it will take him at least two more seasons of 200-plus innings at his current level of production to solidify his case for inclusion. That would essentially leave him at Halladay's current numbers, minus the wins, the no-hitters and the multiple Cy Youngs.3. JIMMY ROLLINS(Daily News odds: 20 to 1)There are only 19 Hall of Famers who played more than 50 percent of their games at shortstop.Rollins' situation is on the other end of the spectrum from Halladay. While he might not immediately pass the "smell test" of what a Hall of Famer should be, his numbers put him in the conversation. He has more home runs than all but three of the 19 shortstops in the Hall of Fame, his 199, just ahead of Barry Larkin (198) and behind Cal Ripken's 431 and Robin Yount's 251. Ten of the 19 shortstops have better than his .752 career OPS. Three have more than his 421 stolen bases. He would rank among the top 10 Hall of Fame shortstops in runs, and in the top 12 in RBI. Only four shortstops have lower than his career 96 OPS+.The better case against Rollins lies in the shortstops who are not Hall of Famers. Among those with more home runs and an OPS+ of at least 96 are Vern Stephens and Jose Valentin. (The OPS+ is the on-base percentage and slugging percentage adjusted for league and ballpark.) Jay Bell and Alan Trammell have similar home-run totals and higher OPS+. In Trammell's case, significantly higher. Valentin spent the equivalent of three full seasons at positions other than shortstop. Trammell has a World Series ring. So does Rollins. Rollins has an MVP and another top-10 finish, but Trammell has a second-place finish and three top-10s. Trammell peaked in 2012 when he was named on just 36.8 percent of HOF ballots. He was on 33.6 percent last year. Trammell has four Gold Gloves. So does Rollins. Trammell's career WAR, according to Baseball-Reference.com, was 70.3. Rollins' is 41.9. Rollins has a slight edge in runs. Trammell has a significant edge in RBI. The feeling here is that Rollins does not get in if he retires today and the ultimate strength of his candidacy will depend on how he finishes out this contract. Two years like 2012 would make him tough to ignore simply on the strength of his home-run and stolen-base totals combined with his defensive prowess. But 2 more years like 2013 and he'll have a tough time with an electorate that has already decided, for whatever reason, that Trammell is not HOF material.4. CHASE UTLEY(Daily News odds: 20 to 1)Utley's 217 home runs are already more than 12 of the 17 HOF second basemen. He has a higher OPS than all but Rogers Hornsby, Charlie Gehringer and Jackie Robinson. No second baseman who has at least 200 home runs and an OPS+ of at least 126 (Utley's career mark) is not in the Hall of Fame. But Bobby Grich had 224 home runs, a 125 OPS+ and 17 seasons played. Jeff Kent will be an interesting test case. He had 377 home runs and a 123 OPS+. Craig Biggio had 291 home runs and a 112 OPS+ (and was named on 68 percent of ballots in 2013, his first year of eligibility). Like Rollins, Utley's candidacy hangs in the balance of the 3-year contract extension he just signed. Tack on 60 home runs and 400 games to his totals and the only argument against him would be any exclusion of Kent and Biggio. But longevity is the thing that HOF voters seem to value most. And right now Utley does not have it.5. RYAN HOWARD(Daily News odds: 50 to 1)There was a time when Howard projected to be in a conversation such as this, but it will take a significant resurgence to warrant it after two seasons that were essentially lost due to Achilles' and knee injuries. At this point, we have a difficult time making the case that Howard is even a top-five first baseman among his contemporaries. Mark Teixeira, Prince Fielder and Adrian Gonzalez all entered the majors within one season of Howard. Teixeira is the same age and has 30 more home runs (341 to 311) and a similar OPS+ (Howard 134, Teixeira 130) and OPS (Howard .906, Teixeira .894). Gonzalez has a 135 OPS+ and .869 OPS, and is close enough in home runs (234) that he could surpass Howard by the end of both of their careers (Gonzalez is 2 years younger).Fielder has a 142 OPS+, a .918 OPS, and 284 home runs. Plus, he is 4 years younger. Joey Votto is undisputedly the best first baseman of the current crop with a 155 OPS+, .961 OPS and 157 home runs. He's 3 years younger than Howard. Factor in Albert Pujols, who debuted 3 years before Howard but is the same age, along with Votto and Fielder, and you have three first basemen who have clearly superior resumes. So to even discuss Howard as a potential HOFer, you would have to make a case that at least four first basemen from the same era deserve candidacy. And that is before you project the rest of Gonzalez' career, which is still in its prime.6. JONATHAN PAPELBON and COLE HAMELS(Off the boards)The electorate has been extremely reluctant to induct closers, and Papelbon does not appear to be a once-in-a-generation exception. Especially when you consider that contemporaries Mariano Rivera, Trevor Hoffman and Billy Wagner all have stronger cases. Hamels is simply too young to even consider. Five seasons like his last five (211 innings per season, a 3.28 ERA, a World Series MVP) and he'll have a strong case. He was insistent, almost in a panic, to help Somerton's Pat McGlone defend herself against a destructive virus that was attacking her computer.Something about the call made retiree McGlone's "antenna go up."First, they didn't get her name right. Second, they sounded foreign "and I know there's all these Nigerian scams going on," she says.When McGlone asked his name, she didn't get a reply -- he just kept talking, fast -- and when she asked for a phone number so she could call to verify that it was Microsoft, he put a "manager" on. He also was insistent that McGlone act right now because "we are trying to help you."In reality, they were trying to scam her.McGlone asked the "manager" how he knew that her computer had been compromised."He said all computers have a number in them, that they're able to trace it, and I said to him, if that was the truth, then you would have known that my computer was on, instead of telling me to get on." McGlone was lying. Her computer was off while she watched "General Hospital."McGlone said that she'd have her son, a computer tech, call back and "that was the end of the conversation" -- although they did call back the next day to try again.McGlone called the state Attorney General's Office to report the scam. A staffer there took the information and told McGlone she believed that the calls originated in India or Malaysia, which was more than the Attorney General's Office would tell me when I called.Citing "policy," spokesman Joe Peters wouldn't even provide me with the number of complaints this year versus last, although he was able to tell me that this and similar scams are a "growing problem."The best way to bust a scam is to shine 存倉 light on it, which is what I'm doing here.Tech-support scams have several things in common. The people on the phone talk fast and urgently to panic the victim into making a fast, unwise decision.Peters says the scammers often say that "they have detected malware or a virus" and they even provide a product number for the victim's computer as proof they are for real. They do not have your computer's unique serial number, which is hard to get.In reality, Microsoft doesn't call customers to charge for computer fixes and "Microsoft will never contact a consumer and ask for their credit-card number," says spokesman Dave Niemiec. Banks may call you to check charges, but they already know your credit-card number. Never give out those numbers.If phone scammers gain your trust, they will rip you off.They may instruct the victim to type in code, which allows them to take over the home computer. They may demand that you pay them for the nonexistent "fix." If you pay with your credit-card number, they may run up thousands of dollars in charges billed to you.Even more nefarious: They can take remote control of your computer, locking you out and all your records, documents and pictures in. They then demand that you pay a ransom to return control of the computer to you.If you pay the ransom, they release the computer back to you.Or maybe they don't -- and demand more money.Unless you are certain of who you are talking to, don't be stampeded into revealing anything.P.S.: Right now, people are getting calls from the "government" asking for personal and financial information for ObamaCare.   中秋小長假,迷你倉湘湖地鐵站外的便利店老闆娘每天被上百人問路  西湖大道南山路口,外地遊客不知道蘇堤該往哪裡走  杭城指路牌何時不再讓人“霧里看花”  國慶黃金周近在眼前,如何讓遊客少走冤枉路,有關部門該行動了  □本報記者 吳佳妮 黃軼涵 文/攝  中秋小長假剛過完,國慶黃金周接踵而至。  小長假這幾天,本報96068熱線接到不少外地遊客抱怨:“杭州有了地鐵很方便,但一出地鐵站卻有些暈頭轉向,不知道要去的目的地在何方,要是能多些標識標牌該多好。西湖很美,不過西湖邊的導引牌是不是也該更清楚些,別讓第一次來西湖的遊客霧里看花。”  杭城的交通標識牌究竟怎麼了?怎樣才能讓外地遊客看得明白?  昨天,本報記者實地走訪了杭州部分地鐵站和西湖景區,對此事進行了一番調查。  走訪  A在地鐵站轉了兩圈才發現站內標識牌  昨天上午,記者來到地鐵1號線湘湖站,這裡毗鄰杭州樂園、極地海洋公園等景點。節假日里,許多人都會坐地鐵到該站,然後轉車或步行前往目的地, 而大多數人對這附近都不太熟悉。  記者從站台乘電梯前往站廳,隨出站人流直接往出站閘機口走去,邊走邊瞄了眼旁邊牆壁,發現牆上貼著各個出入口附近主要建築物,但沒有明確標注“兒童樂園”等休閒娛樂場所。  記者選擇了C出口,往“休博園一區”方向上路面。果然,這裡離兒童樂園、極地海洋公園最近,但是如果要轉車,還是要穿到馬路斜對面的公交車站去。  雖然公交車站在哪兒,出入口都有標識牌指明方向,但還是走了一些冤枉路。  當記者再次下到地鐵站時,才發現原來就在地鐵站廳最中間位置,擺放著3個標識牌。上面寫明,如果要步行前往杭州極地海洋公園等游樂園,該往哪個出入口走,如果要乘公交車前往,該往哪個出入口走。站內指示信息容易被忽略小長假每天有上百人問路  “站內的那3個標識牌,中秋節前就已經擺出來了。”地鐵湘湖站B出入口旁便利店老闆娘吳大姐說,“雖然地鐵站旁就有湘湖公交車站的所有車次,以及途經哪些地方,但是地鐵站人一多,就容易被忽略。”  吳大姐告訴記者,平日里,每天會有40多個人來問路,而前兩天中秋小長假,每天更是有上百人來問路。  記者又去婺江路站、龍翔橋站跑了一圈,發現站內標識標牌做得很清楚,但站外的指示性標牌卻很少看到。  婺江路站靠近汽車南站,如果外地人按照地鐵站內指示,從最靠近汽車南站的那個出入口出來,會發現自己置身于一條不知名的小路,完全不知道汽車南站在哪兒,周圍馬路上也沒有任何指示牌。  所幸出入口上貼著一張明顯後來貼補上去的地圖,上面標明瞭出入口位置、南站位置、行走路線,並標明離汽車南站僅300米。  而在龍翔橋站的站廳里,貼著兩張大大的指示牌:西湖B口、西湖C口。但根據該指示方向走,出來卻發現到了延安路西側,雖然熟悉杭州的人都知道,西湖就在100米開外,卻再無指示牌能夠告訴外來遊客,西湖在哪兒,該往哪兒走。去西湖,還得靠一張嘴來問。西湖大道南山路交叉口沒有指示牌易走冤枉路  中秋假期第一天,江山遊客寧先生一家,第一次來西湖玩。坐動車到城站,看了一下公交車,7路車到西湖大道。西湖大道,應該離西湖不遠吧。  就這樣,寧先生一家從城站出發,坐7路公交車,到湧金門東站下車,再往前走走,就到了西湖大道。  但到了西湖大道和南山路的交叉口,寧先生就不知道該往哪裡走了。聽說南山路上有很多景點,雷峰塔、太子灣、淨寺、蘇堤。  只是現在,往北走,是南山路;往南走,也是南山路;到底該往哪裡走?再看看三岔路口,也沒有很明顯的指示牌,告訴遊客這些景點該往哪裡走。  為了不走冤枉路,寧先生問了問在路口執勤的交警,這才知道,這些景點雖然都在南山路上,但是在南山路的西面,走過去還有好多路儲存倉  但是,有很多要去雷峰塔的外地遊客,會一直沿著西湖往北走,南轅北轍,就這樣一直走到了湖濱。中秋假期天天被人問北高峰財神廟在哪裡  在杭州,有很多晨練老人,每天都要去西湖邊爬山。在剛剛過去的中秋假期里,杭州人柯師傅,每天早上爬山,都會被好幾撥遊客攔住問路。  柯師傅每天的爬山線路,是從桃園嶺到美人峰。經過北高峰時,常常會看到,很多外地遊客,圍著一塊指示牌在犯難。  這塊指示牌上面,標著兩個方向:向南是靈隱寺,向北是美人峰。  “那麼,北高峰的財神廟,該往哪裡走呢?”這個問題,在中秋假期,柯師傅就被外地遊客問了好多次。  當然,柯師傅都是很熱心地給大家指了路。但他覺得,既然在北高峰已經立了指示牌,那為什麼不能再進一步,把指示牌做得更完善呢?  財神廟是北高峰上的著名景點,很多外地遊客都慕名而來,而且遊客在山上很容易迷路。柯師傅建議,再設立一塊指示牌,明確標出財神廟在哪裡。  B  回應  小長假前已補了不少標識牌  會繼續完善地鐵站內外標識  記者從地鐵方面瞭解到,中秋小長假前,各個站點的工作人員綜合了乘客的問路信息,把最多人問的地方,做成了新的標識牌,擺放在地鐵站廳里。  “我們站廳內的指示游樂園的那3個指示牌,就是前段時間剛做的。”地鐵湘湖站工作人員說,“效果還不錯,雖然很多人還是會來問我們,但是不少年輕人還是習慣于看一看標識標牌,然後再走。”  接下來,馬上就是國慶長假,地鐵方面表示,將根據中秋小長假的經驗,對站廳、以及出入口的標識標牌儘量再完善,讓地鐵乘客出行更方便。  西湖邊錯誤路牌已及時改正  正在調研在哪裡增加新路牌  其實,遊客們碰到的問題,西湖景區管理方早一步就發現了。  今年8月,西湖景區開展了“文明西湖百日行”活動,請市民遊客來挑刺。  關於標識路牌的問題,市民遊客提到很多。錯誤的標識路牌,已經改正了。至於增加標識路牌,西湖景區管理方也在調研了。  據不完全統計,整個西湖景區現有四五千塊導覽標識牌。但是,西湖群山有5.7萬畝,如果導覽標識路牌設置數量過多,在一定程度上,會影響到景區的整體景觀,比如導覽標誌牌擋住了沿湖的風景。  但是,如果確實因為某個景點沒有導覽標誌牌,對遊客的行程產生了影響,西湖景區會在請專業人員實地考察和研究之後,再決定是否增加路牌。  ■記者手記  別讓指路牌  成了“迷路牌”  新到一個城市,在陌生的十字街頭,看一下路牌認路,這幾乎是每一位出外旅行者的“下意識”。  作為每天生活在這個城市裡的人來說,可能不用看指路牌,就能找到路,有些土生土長的老杭州甚至會說,“我閉著眼睛,也能走到西湖邊去。”  但是,對於很多外地人或者遊客來說,除了“出門三件事”,還有一件事,就是要先學會看懂杭州的指路牌。  現在的杭州,大多數指路牌的設置,還是比較規範的,也有一些可喜的變化,比如在西湖邊,很多指路牌上,都有中英日等多種文字等。  但不可否認,有些地方的指路牌比較混亂,或者缺失,比如一條路兩個名、部分道路“有路無路牌”、還有的即便有路牌,但指向不明……  國慶長假馬上就要到了,外地遊客將蜂擁而至。走出地鐵,下了公交車,如果被混亂的指路牌誤導了,走了冤枉路,甚至根本看不到指路牌,找不到路。這會讓遊客很鬱悶,也會讓杭州人很尷尬。  杭州作為世界聞名的旅遊城市。一塊指路牌,雖然很小,但卻是一個極其重要的細節,會給遊客留下深刻的印象。  “呆板”的指路牌,越來越不能滿足人們的需求了;隨著城市建設的發展,路牌里的“文章”,應該越來越豐富。  如果有一天,外地遊客到杭州,逛城市,游西湖,手里不需要拿地圖,只要一路跟著指路牌走,就能到達目的地,這算不算是杭州另一道人性化的風景呢?迷你倉

"Whether it's us as coaches, players executing, it's us as a group, as a family."Life isn't that good for the family, which has lost three straight and seems to be stuck in neutral."Penalties, mistakes ... we have to fix it and fix it in a hurry," Collins added. "I'm not satisfied waiting until the last half of the season to get on a run, and blah, blah blah, blah, blah, blah blah."I want to do it now," Collins added. "We've got six days and we'll be playing another football game and we have to get it fixed between now and then."What needs fixing?For starters, the Bears sustained only one drive on the day -- 94 yards on 11 plays that ended with true freshman Darius Graham scoring from the 4.That pulled them within 13-7 in the third quarter.Next, the Bears were good for only 75 rushing yards and finished with only 284 of total offense.Seven penalties -- several which stopped drives or any semblance of momentum the Bears might have had -- played huge. They aided a pair of UNI's scoring drives.Third-down conversions were a problem -- 2 for 9 -- and the defense hardly put any pressure on UNI quarterback Sawyer Kollmorgen, who was 19 for 27 for 248 yards and a touchdown.Throw in two missed field goals by Dave Eden -- from 25 and 37 yards -- and it's easy to see why Collins never smiled all day long."There's no consolation in losing games," Collins said, refusing to look ahead to Big Sky Conference action. "I don't care if it's conference, nonconference, a pee-wee team you're playing against or an NFL team you're playing against. You want to win the game."The Bears' three straight losses have come to different levels of NCAA competition -- Division II, FBS and now UNI, which is ranked No. 7 in the FCS at 3-0.UNI was in control from early on, scoring in every quarter, including 13 in the final period as kicker Tyler Sievertsen drilled field goals from 31, 27 and 40 yards.Even a 40-yard interception return for a score by Deiondre Hall that was called back for unsportsmanlike conduct/taunting, didn't seem to matter.UNI head coach Mark Farley said he was pleased to get the win against UNC, which he labeled as "a good Big Sky (Conference) team.""We were able to get the best of them," Farley added.Sievertsen also had field goals of 28 and 25 yards in the first half to complement a 7-yard touchdown pass from Kollmorgen to Chad Owens (7 catches, 77 yards) on the Panthers' first possession. Repainting of pavement striping, stop bars and legends, and reflective pavement markers will complete the work, according to the city's news release.Streets affected include neighborhoods on the back side of Townsend Junior High School that are popular drop-off and pick-up locations for students including Gabriel Drive, Tern Street, Duke Avenue and Hillsdale Ranch Road.The city has provided the school schedule to the contractor and requested that they avoid drop-off and pick-up times. Additional streets include Oakhaven Lane, Altura Avenue, Ridgecrest Lane, Clipper Drive, and Valle Vista Drive from Peyton Drive to Pipeline Avenue."This area is about 27 years, and some of the area is ol迷你倉最平er," said Denise Cattern, city spokeswoman.The project -- which costs $256,000 -- is funded by money left over from a previous paving project in the city in 2011.Temporary "No Parking" signs will be posted two to three days before the work starts and will specify the date and time of the work. 【明報專訊】倫敦政府前年將自己定位為西方的人民幣中心,self storage主力處理來自歐洲各國及本土與中國的貿易,去年在外匯交易量及出入口融資方面均以倍數計增長,倫敦金融城(City of London)政府政策與資源委員會主席包墨凱(Mark Boleat)於倫敦接受訪問時表示,料當地今年的人民幣業務會繼續有好表現,現時倫敦透過香港為人民幣交易作結算的運作順暢,但長遠而言或會爭取在倫敦完成結算部分。根據倫敦金融城發表報告指出,當地去年人民幣出入口融資按年倍增至336 億元(人民幣.下同),每日外匯交易量亦按年升2.4 倍,至平均每日25 億美元,人民幣遠期合約增80%至每日平均12.9 億美元;人民幣信用證及其他貸款擔保額按年增長13 倍,至47 億元。倫敦與港互補優勢勝法瑞早前,金管局曾披露香港人民幣即時支付結算(RTGS)系統,在今年5 月份的每日平均交易額達3900 億元,相當於637 億美元。倫敦的數字比香港仍相對小,但已是香港以外最大的離岸人民幣中心。包墨凱稱,倫敦一向是全迷你倉最大的外匯交易中心,加上在時區上可與香港互補,先天上具備作為離岸人民幣中心的優勢,這是法國巴黎、瑞士蘇黎世甚至盧森堡均比不上的。資金池較細因未察覺重要性至於倫敦的人民幣資金池相對細(見表),包墨凱認為當地與香港情�不同, 「這�不會有太多人做人民幣存款」,他笑言: 「我家曾被爆竊,竊賊只拿取我的美元和歐元,沒有搶去人民幣,顯然不少人仍未察覺這種貨幣的重要性。」儘管倫敦不見得會有很多人民幣零售存款,包墨凱指隨�貿易需求增加,加上點心債等產品發行,相信人民幣資金池還是會慢慢壯大。此外,今年初中英央行簽署貨幣互換協議, 既可視為政治上的「祝福」,同時亦可確保該國離岸人民幣的流動性。截至去年底止,倫敦的零售人幣存款為2.2 億元。倫敦現時所有人民幣交易最後仍需通過香港做結算。包墨凱不認為這個操作會局限倫敦的人民幣業務發展,銀行界認為目前的運作順暢。他補充,倘若人民幣業務擴充至一定規模,以及有更多銀行參與離岸人民幣業務,屆時會檢視業界是否有在當地做人民幣結算的需要。明報記者毛婷婷文件倉

【王秋燕╱綜合外電報導】本周全球投資人將聚焦重大政治事件,自存倉包括德國大選結果出爐、美國國會針對預算案審查後續,加上美國總統歐巴馬與伊朗總統羅哈尼(Hassan Rouhani)會晤,上述事件都將使股市投資人採取觀望態度,靜觀政治事件如何引發美國與全球其他股市走勢。 美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)上周五已經表態,堅持不與共和黨談判舉債上限的立場,甚至直接致電給共和籍聯邦眾議院議長貝納(John Boehner)表示,國會履行憲法最基本的職責,就是通過預算。 歐巴馬昨於每周例行談話中重申,不會與共和黨國會議員針對提高舉債上限協商立場。他表示,美國國會採取行動的時間已經很緊迫,如果不通過預算,美國聯邦政府運作將停擺;一旦美國國會於未來數周無法提高舉債上限,美國又將面臨債務違約危機。 協商未果臨債務違約 美國新會計年度將於10月1日開始,美國國會必須在此前通過聯邦預算案,而美國6.7兆美元舉債規模也將於10月中到達,一旦美國國會持續協商未果,美國將面臨債務違約危機。富國基金管理公司首席投資組合策略師傑克森指出,明年中其選舉時間逼近,政治人物急著找發揮舞台。他指出,自2011年債務上迷你倉之爭來,共和黨領袖已經知道一旦讓美國聯邦政府關門大吉,自己也不會有好下場。Wedbush股票管理董事總經理馬索卡預期,美國國會最終還是將會通過預算案。 助歐元區為德國挑戰 另一方面,德國國會選舉昨進行投票,外界普遍看好德國總理莫克所屬政黨,但德國政局比較大的挑戰在於未來與其他在野黨的協商,針對歐元區援助後續議題,各黨派有著不同意見。政治不確定性提高,不少美股投資人上周五已經先行獲利了結,上周五美股3大指數明顯回檔,其中道瓊工業指數下挫185點。周一開始道瓊工業指數將有3個新成分股加入,包括高盛(Goldman Sachs)、Visa與Nike,剔除成分股包括美國銀行(Bank of America)、惠普(hp)與美國鋁業(Alcoa)。本周美國重要經濟數據包括消費者信心指數、第2季美國經濟成長率終值,市場預期第2季美國經濟成長率終值目標為2.6%。另一方面,美國聯準會(Federal Reserve,Fed)理事本周將輪番上陣演說,周一登場的是聯準會紐約分行總裁杜立(William Dudley),他的立場偏向聯準會副主席葉倫(Janet Yellen),主張採取積極、定量寬鬆貨幣政策。迷你倉

Chembers)在回答華爾街日報提問的時候說:「二十五年前我就知道我們最強的對手一定來自中國。」這些話,都是形容一家神秘的中國企業,華為。政治大學商學院教授李瑞華認為,台灣的企業可以透過認識華為而有所反思,不要像「龜兔賽跑」中的兔子,在不知不覺中被烏龜超越了,更何況,龜已經變成了豹。為什麼你需要了解華為,以及華為的創辦人任正非?因為任正非在短短二十六個年頭,創造了全球企業都難以攀登的兩個歷史。它走得最遠!如果沒有華為,西伯利亞的居民無法有收訊,非洲吉力馬扎羅火山的登山客無法找人求救,就連你到巴黎、倫敦、雪梨等地方,一下飛機接通的訊號,背後都是華為的基地台提供服務。六千公尺以上喜馬拉雅山的珠峰,零下四十度的北極、南極,以及窮苦的非洲大地,都見得到華為的足跡。鴻海集團總裁郭台銘被譽為台灣的成吉思汗;在中國,享有這樣聲譽,帶著部隊征服全世界的,非任正非莫屬。它給的最多!華為的成功,許多人歸諸於中國政府的支持,實際上,最支持任正非的是十五萬個華為員工。因為任正非用了中國企業中史無前例的獎酬分紅制度,九八.六%的股票,都歸員工所有,任正非本人所持有的股票只占了一.四%,造就了華為式管理的向心力。李瑞華在一九九四年就開始接觸到華為,對於華為的敢給,他的評價是,「把餅做大比占有大部分更好的智慧和心胸,甚至跟比爾.蓋茲比,也是有過之而無不及。」中國最國際化企業七成營收來自海外,全球逾500客戶你對華為的印象可能是「解放軍色彩」、「擁有中共官方支援」、「危險」、「殘酷」、「飢渴」。但你一定不知道,他是一家百分之百民營企業,《財星》(Fortune)世界五百強企業中唯一一家沒上市的公司。根據《財星》的報告,它在二○一三的年營收將達到三百四十九億美元,超過愛立信的三百三十六億美元,成為全球通信產業龍頭。它的營收,七成來自海外,比聯想集團的四成二還要高。《經濟學人》指出,華為在一百五十多個國家擁有五百多名客戶,超過二十億人每天使用華為的設備在通信,也就是說,全世界有三分之一的人口在使用華為的服務。即使4G技術領先的歐洲,華為也有過半的市占率。它的技術研發能力,也超越一般人對中國企業的想像。華為擁有三萬項專利授權,其中有四成是國際標準組織或歐美國家的授權。《經濟學人》指出,華為已是電信領域的智慧財產權龍頭。放眼世界五百強企業中,九成的中國企業是靠原物料、中國內需市場等優勢擠入排行,但華為,卻是靠技術創新能力,以及海外市場經營績效獲得今天的地位。當過去的通訊產業巨擘:摩托羅拉、阿爾卡特朗訊、諾基亞西門子等都面臨衰退危機時,它卻在過去十年間年年成長。這背後,究竟藏什麼秘密?環境設計像Villa展示廳如美術館,餐廳供五國料理《商業周刊》獨家受邀,在三個月內前往華為總部深入訪談三次。在這裡,我們看到了一個個令人震撼的場景。這也是全球媒體中首度能夠這麼密集貼近華為總部的一次。連接深圳城內城外的高速公路,綠色指標上岔路左右寫著「富士康」、「華為」。台灣與中國最具代表性的兩大科技廠商,隔著一條大馬路遙望。車子一開進華為園區,綠意盎然有如大安森林公園,綠化程度居然高達四○%以上,負責接待的人員說,任正非去年剛把所有的樹修剪過一遍。園區中心竟然還有一個湖。走進建築物裡更令人驚訝,環境設計有如Villa般的員工訓練中心,博物館般的辦公室,美術館般的展示廳,以及三大洋、五大國料理的員工餐廳。一瞬間以為來到了美國矽谷,連路上的員工都是邊走邊討論得很起勁,整個園區充滿了如大學城般活力與幹勁。任正非把華為這個部隊,從創業時的人民幣二萬元,衝到今年預估三百四十九億美元營收,成功的關鍵有兩項:員工關係、客戶關係。這個部隊敢衝、敢拚,就在於華為有七萬個把自己當老闆的員工。「肯給」養出最拚團隊有員工一年就拿六百萬股利華為沒有上市,而是把九八.六%的股權開放給員工,創辦人任正非只擁有公司一.四%的股權。除了不能表決、出售、擁有股票之外,股東可以享受分紅與股票增值的利潤。並且,每年所賺取的淨利,幾乎是百分之百分配給股東。二○一○年,華為淨利達到有史以來最高的人民幣二百三十八億,配出了一股人民幣二.九八元(約合新台幣十五元)的股息。若以一名在華為工作十年績效優良的資深主管,配股可達四十萬股,該年光是股利就將近人民幣一百二十萬(約合新台幣六百萬元)。這個數字,甚至比許多外商公司的高階經理人還要高。你要如何分辨你是老闆級的員工還是打工仔的員工?在華為,從你的薪資帳戶比較就很清楚。「我們不像一般領薪水的打工仔,公司營運好不好,到了年底會非常感同身受,」二○○二年從日本最大電信商NTT DoCoMo跳槽加入華為、LTE TDD產品線副總裁邱恆說:「你拚命的程度,直接反映在薪資收入上。」以他自己為例,二○○九年因為遭遇金融海嘯,整體環境不佳,公司成長幅度不如以往,他的底薪不變,但分紅跟著縮水。隔年,華為的淨利創下歷史新高,他的分紅就比前一年超過一倍。這等於是把公司的利益與員工的個人利益緊緊綁在一起。在華為,一個外派非洲的基礎工程師如果能幫公司服務好客戶,爭取到一張訂單,年終獲得的配股額度、股利,以及年終獎金總額,會比一個坐在辦公室、但績效未達標的高階主管還要高。事實上,即使一個剛入公司的本科系菜鳥,起薪也比一般中國企業高,以第一年月薪人民九千元換算,加上年終獎金,年薪至少人民幣十五萬(約合新台幣七十五萬元)起跳,比台灣領22K的畢業生高上將近兩倍。工作二年至三年,就具備配股分紅資格。在華為有「1+1+1」的說法,也就是工資、獎金、分紅比例是相同的。隨著年資與績效增長,分紅與獎金的比例將會大幅超過工資。即使是號稱重視員工福利的歐美企業都很罕見,然而這個源頭,竟然只是為了三個字「活下去」。26年堅持利益共享一塊餅大家分,「要活大家一起活」出身貴州貧寒家庭、家中有七個兄弟姊妹,身為老大的任正非,從小就學會要與父母一同扛起責任。高中那年,中國大饑荒,一家人窮到得去山上挖野草根煮來充飢。偶然有一塊饅頭,父母親也會切成九等份,每個人只有一口,為的是讓每個孩子都能活下去。當時任正非的父母,把糧食存在一個個瓦罐中,沒有孩子會去動。即使高三拚考試、餓到受不了的時候,任正非也只會放下書本,自己跑到郊外去採野菜,就著米糠烙著吞嚥充飢。「我們家當時是每餐實行嚴格分飯制,控制所有人的欲望的配給制,保證人人都能活下來。不這樣,總會有一兩個弟妹活不到今天。」任正非回憶,即使每天要辛苦工作十幾個小時養活一家人的父母,或是年幼的弟妹,從來也不會多吃一口。「要活,大家一起活!」這意念從此深植任正非心中,成為他創業後堅持利益共享的基礎。不只把員工與公司的利益綁在一起,就連客戶也成為其生命共同體。華為的企業文化中,第一條就是「以客戶為中心」。「華為做為一家百分之百的民營企業,二十六年來生存不是靠政府,不是靠銀行,客戶才是我們的衣食父母,」華為第五位員工,現任三位輪值執行長之一的郭平接受本刊專訪的時候說。這句話說起來容易,事實上,「很多公司嘴巴上說維護客戶的利益,實際上是維護自己的利益,這兩件事常是衝突的,」邱恆說。通訊產業會因為技術標準、頻率波段不同,衍生出不同的產品,一個電信商可能會為了滿足消費者,需要用到三種技術標準,採購三套不同的機台,其中安裝與後續維修費用,甚至高過於單買機台本身。以一個製造商的角度,當然希望客戶買越多套產品,才能賺取越多服務費。這個算盤連小學生都會打,但華為走了一個逆向的路:我來幫客戶省錢!華為反過來站在電信商的角度思考,主動研發出把三套標準整合在一個機台的設備,幫客戶省下了五○%的成本。自存倉短期來看,我們是傻是虧,但長期就不見得,」邱恆說。客戶省下的錢,可以用於其他投資,研發出更新的產品,從消費者端賺來更多的錢,再回頭來跟你合作,雙方一起成長。「當他只能賺一塊錢的時候,肯定無法分給你一塊五;他若能賺五塊錢,你才有機會分到兩塊甚至三塊,」邱恆道出一個簡單的商場互利邏輯。許多技術創新更是從這個過程中而來。「華為是第一個把2G、3G、4G打通的人,靠一套設備就能提供多面相的服務,」郭平說。當客戶提出問題或需求,華為的工程師會回過頭去從基礎科學中找尋解答,由此產生源源不絕的新產品與專利。拚服務,「腦袋對著客戶」明文嚴禁討好上司,機場接機也不行邱恆說,一個領死薪水的員工,不可能主動去幫客戶想出創新的解決方案。但華為的員工因為把自己當成老闆,待越久,領的股份與分紅越多,所以大部分人不會為了追求一年兩年的短期業績目標而犧牲掉客戶利益,而是會想盡辦法服務好客戶,讓客戶願意長期與之合作,形成一種正向循環。把客戶服務做到透,就是華為的勝出關鍵。「國際大廠比較容易耍大牌,不會願意配合客戶要求去量身訂做產品,反正我給你什麼就吃什麼,美其名是教育市場,實際上是省麻煩,」觀察通訊產業達十年,權威研究機構顧能(Gartner)資深分析師楊敬宇說。他指出,一般派四、五個工程師到客戶端駐點就算是大手筆,華為卻可以一口氣送上一組十二人的團隊,與客戶一起討論、研發出最適合的產品。若產品出問題,即使地點遠在非洲吉力馬扎羅火山,華為也是一通電話立刻派工程師到現場,與客戶一起解決問題,不像其他企業為了節省成本,多半用遠端視頻遙控。能做到這程度,固然歸因於中國有全世界最便宜的優質人力,但能讓這群高知識工作者甘心樂意的為公司、客戶賣命,除了配股分紅的激勵機制外,也與華為強烈的企業文化有關。「你們腦袋要對著客戶,屁股要對著領導,」這是任正非反覆不斷對底下人說的話。他認為,大部分公司會腐敗,就是因為員工把力氣花在討好主管,而非思考客戶需求。因此,他明文禁止上司接受下屬招待,就連開車到機場接機都會被他痛罵一頓:「客戶才是你的衣食父母,你應該把時間力氣放在客戶身上!」拚海外,自願者多到要篩選無畏福島核災,一天搶通300基地台在華為總部,我們遇到的每一位員工,不論是任職超過十年的資深主管,或是剛加入不到七個月的菜鳥工程師,甚至只是負責接送的司機,都把「以客戶為中心」掛在嘴邊,像是已經植入了DNA中。「口號人人會喊,但華為是真的落實,他的文化是活的,不是死的,」李瑞華觀察: 「判斷一家公司成功與否,要看他的潛規則與顯規則是否一致,不能說一套做一套,華為不只一致,還相呼應,這是他最了不起的地方!」華為的另外兩個文化是「以奮鬥者為本,持續而艱苦的奮鬥著。」二○一一年,日本福島核災的恐怖威脅下,華為員工仍然展現了服務到底的精神,不僅沒有因為危機而撤離,反而加派人手,在一天內就協助軟體銀行、E-mobile等客戶,搶通了三百多個基地台。自願前往日本協助的員工,甚至多到需要經過身體與心理素質篩選,夠強壯的人才能被派到現場。軟體銀行LTE部門主管非常驚訝:「別家公司的人都跑掉了,你們為什麼還在這裡?」「只要客戶還在,我們就一定在,」當時負責協助軟體銀行架設LTE基地台的專案組長李興回答的理所當然:「反正我們都親身經歷過汶川大地震。」在華為,一通電話就飛到利比亞、阿爾及利亞、委內瑞拉等世界各個角落是常有的事,往往一去就是三個月半年,而且是在最落後的環境做最艱苦的事。員工當然也可以選擇不去,但「去,就是給你一個舞台,讓你有機會學習、成長;年底績效好,還可以多認股,多分紅,為什麼不去呢?」邱恆說。事實上,「只有最優秀的人才能被外派到基層,」郭平說。過去在講究輩分的日本企業,往往等上七、八年還輪不到升遷,但在華為奮鬥十年,已是一個統管四千個研發工程師的中階主管。這就是任正非的「少將連長」哲學。給予績效優良、戰功彪炳者如少將的職銜與權力。「華為的領導班子,都是一路從基層打上來的,只要有戰功,三十歲當少將,管幾十億美金的合同,都是很常見的事,」《活下去,是最大的動力!》一書的作者田濤說。田濤是任正非的密友,也是華為的顧問,他分析「能者多勞,多勞者多得」,這就是華為的企業精神。任正非雖然大量導入了IBM、奇異、惠普等西方公司的管理制度,卻對華爾街的金融體系非常不以為然。在他眼中,搞金融的人光靠數字遊戲就能賺進大筆財富,真正捲起袖子流血苦幹的人卻只能賺取微薄的工資,這是全世界最不合理的事。所以他堅決不讓華為上市,寧可選擇把利潤分享給員工。拚活化,革除元老級「障礙」七千人辭職再回聘,兩次新陳代謝這樣的制度並非無懈可擊,設計這套制度後,任正非還是時時刻刻在找出組織內的「黑洞」,很多人在華為工作十年,就已經賺到可以退休的錢,這就造成了一批阻礙公司成長的「沉澱層」,工號20000之前的,被稱為是公司內的「貴族」,享有職位與年資上的特權。為此,華為分別在一九九六年與二○○七年,由董事長孫亞芳及任正非本人各發起了一次「集體辭職」的大運動,兩次涉及的人數都將近七千人。以二○○七年為例,年資八年以上員工,只要自願提辭呈,就可獲得與年資相對應的賠償金,最低人民幣二十萬元起跳。辭職後如願意繼續留在公司,華為也會再次聘用,雖然既有股份不變,但職位與年資均按照該年的績效重新計算。這種激進的做法引起當時輿論譁然,中國官方甚至介入調查華為此舉是否有違法之嫌,但出乎意料的是,華為員工竟然沒有出現激烈的抗爭行動,辭職再回任的比率甚至高達九成九。這是因為不回任者必須在離開前將股份賣回給公司,而重聘者可能被降階降薪,但持有股數不會因此稍減,只要公司繼續成長獲利,他依然可靠持股享受分紅好處。這個做法,讓華為一方面保全了資深者做為股東的利益,一方面又促進新陳代謝,讓一批更年輕、更有能力的人上來,擔當與其績效相符的職位。一般公司會遇到的成長瓶頸與人事困境,它再一次靠「讓員工當老闆」的原則跨過。任正非在一次訪問日本歸來,體會到日本經歷過大蕭條處境,他自行撰述的一篇文章《北國之春》中描述華為的處境:「華為像一片樹葉,有幸掉到了這個潮流的大船上,是躺在大船上隨波逐流到今天,本身並沒有經歷驚濤駭浪、洪水氾濫、大堤崩潰等危機的考驗。因此,華為的成功應該是機遇大於其素質與本領。什麼叫成功?是像日本那些企業那樣,經九死一生還能好好的活著這才是真正的成功。華為沒有成功,只是在成長。華為經過的太平時間太長了,在和平時期升的官太多了,這也許會構成我們的災難。鐵達尼號也是在一片歡呼聲中出的海。」在任何一個華為值得鼓掌的關頭,任正非都是採取這種當頭棒喝的做法,讓每個華為人腦袋清醒,因為他也知道天道循環的道理,生與滅其實只在一線之間,唯有如此,華為的下一步,才能在充滿更多的挑戰中找到下一個驚喜。【延伸閱讀】它,全球1╱3人口,每天使用華為的設備在通訊它,2013年將超過愛立信、營收破兆,躍上全球通信產業龍頭它,100%私有化,大學畢業起薪是富士康3.1倍,員工配股98.6%【延伸閱讀】26年「革自己的命」從本土商變全球龍頭—華為大事紀改走大路:從代理轉做品牌、研發1987年:任正非人民幣2萬元創華為,做交換機代理商1992年:轉貿易為自主研發,建立華為自有品牌重定規格:向IBM取經,導入西式管理1998年:砸下5年人民幣10億,導入IBM管理制度,奠定日後國際化基礎2000年:營收達到98億人民幣2001年:遇到全球IT泡沫化,營收首次出現負成長不畏勁敵:與思科交手,奠定全球地位2002年思科對華為發起全面訴訟戰,金額高達百億美元2006年:海外營收比重超越中國市場狠拚擴張:取代愛立信,成為行業之首2010年:首次進入《財星》世界500強企業2013年:超越愛立信,成為全球第一大網路設備商【延伸閱讀】肯衝,從非洲歐洲150國靠它通訊!—華為全球版圖   意大利品牌PAUL & SHARK主力生產高級奢侈休閒服,迷你倉以男裝為主,為內地人所愛,首席執行官安德亞迪尼(Andrea Dini)指品牌經常創造新物料,定位亦特別合適中國人上班不用穿得十分正式的文化。  PAUL & SHARK針對25至55歲的客群,迪尼指品牌成功攻佔男士市場,他們喜歡運動,如高爾夫球、風帆等,並在公餘時間喜歡穿�得體。品牌亦針對旅遊人士,故亦在機場設店。符合上班文化 不需穿西裝  PAUL & SHARK成功打入內地市場,全因2000年時內地男裝市場以出售西裝為主,但當時內地人穿西裝機會不多,於是PAUL & SHARK瞄迷你倉最平這個市場空隙,定位高檔休閒服得以搶佔市場。迪尼亦指,這與品牌定位符合中國人上班文化有關。「內地人不需要穿西裝上班,可以穿得比較休閒。」  他指,品牌的質料耐穿,亦經常採用新物料,如i-Shark jacket內置iPhone及iPad 耳筒,保暖外套有自動�溫功能等。  品牌服裝定價由1千多元至8萬多元不等,針織品約1,000至2,000元,外套約5,000至萬多元。一件一衣三穿多功能外套索價逾17,000元。他形容品牌客戶相當忠誠,85%的客戶會再次購買產品。  PAUL & SHARK於全球擁有超過474間店舖,分布於約64個國家332個城巿。迷你倉
